Loli Pop was amazing. She showed up for my daughter's 4th birthday on short notice…read more We are actually from Dallas TX visiting grandma, so my daughter really didn't have her friends around. But Loli Pop made her feel like a princess which as a dad was extremely important for me. Loli Pop face painting skills were really extraordinary. The tiger face painting was so detailed. And my nephew couldn't stop showing off his monster truck arm tattoo painting. Then she put on a magic show for all the kids. The magic show was creative and interactive. She had all of the kids including the parents at the edge of their seats. My daughter is still hiding things saying she's using clown magic. And then the balloons. I mean wow! I have no idea how it's even possible to create an elephant balancing on a circus ball or a panda in a tree balloon. I should have planned better and booked Loli Pop longer. It seemed like everyone wanted their very own balloon creation or face painted, kids and adults alike. I do want to thank Loli Pop for giving my girl a wonderful experience that she won't forget anytime soon. Thank you Loli, sincerely. Ismael Barba Frisco, TX

I rented a slip n slide with water feature for my daughter's birthday. Set up was great, and…read moreprompt-and included them turning on the water during set up. Pick up was 4 hours later and they forgot to turn off the water when they unplugged everything. Unfortunately, not expecting our water to still be on, and being busy, nobody noticed until early morning the next day. Needless to say, our grass is now a swamp. When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do. I have therefore modified my review and would consider using them again.

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT book them to officiate a wedding for you! They did not show up for my sons…read morewedding even tho we have a confirmed message from them that they will be there! He emailed my son the night before that he was canceling it and because he was so busy with everything he did not see it. All of there business is done thru fb messenger so to throw in an email to cancel, not make a phone call or text is a very unprofessional move! Not only that he will not refund their money to him, so they are out this money plus all the money they paid for the hall and food and now they have to still pay to go to the courthouse! Horrible business!! When I called him wanting his money back he hung up on me and said do what you have to do!! So I am blowing his name up in every media outlet I can! Ruined the whole day if I could give no stars I would but it made me give atleast 1.
