Reserved (with deposit) an inflatable a couple days prior to my event. Sent the contract via email AND spoke with someone on the phone. Saturday, 2 p.m., no bounce house. I call and find out that the paperwork was "missing". No problem. They're leaving now and they'll even discount a portion of the rental for the mistake. Thirty minutes later the truck arrives with the bounce house. Alas, not the one we ordered. Would I be interested in an obstacle course or the other bounce house they brought with? Not real happy but what's a girl to do 15 minutes prior to 50 people arriving at the house? My initial thought - never again. HOWEVER, Sonya quickly redeemed herself the next day with a followup phone call. She apologized, made no excuses and substantially discounted the bounce house rental. I appreciate honesty. Got a basic 15x15 bouncer for my 2- and 3-year old's shared birthday party. I didn't want anything too extravagant or expensive since my littlest two won't actually step foot in a bounce house, I just wanted something to keep all the older kids at the party entertained. I only wish they'd had a plain one that didn't have any kind of "theme." The cheapest one available was a crayon bouncer, which is whatever, it's not a huge deal, but we had a halloween/Nightmare Before Christmas party and I'm kind of anal about details and things "going." Anyway, not a real complaint. The reservation process was quick and painless, I paid for the whole thing upfront online after making sure the weather looked flawless for our date, since they won't refund your deposit if you get rained out (they do let you reschedule). I actually reserved mine at the last minute and I chose this place because it was the least expensive and I didn't see as many strict policies on their site as other places (one place said they'd cancel if you didn't have the right insurance and I have no idea what kind of insurance one needs for a party with a bounce house). They showed up almost an hour early (but don't charge for early delivery or late pickup), and I was worried that we hadn't had a chance to comb the area for sticks and debris but the guy seemed unconcerned. He was really laid back, set it up while I continued getting ready for the party, briefly went over a few rules, and was gone. When he came back to get it later, he was in and out without anyone even noticing him. We just looked out and the bouncer was suddenly gone. Quick and painless! I'm definitely planning to get a bouncer with water slide option from this place for my oldest son's birthday in June! read more

We rented an inflatable water slide for our neighborhood party. Everything from start to finish went perfectly. We didn't have to clean it up or anything. They took care of that. All we had to do was turn on the switch and the water. Mike, the owner, came by early with his crew and set it up in less than 10 minutes and showed me how to operate it.
