Not to mention the ribbons were all tangled. And the had tied the wrong balloons together. Not what I had thought I would get for the amount of money I had spent. I spent more time here than I wanted to and hot super bored here for what seemed like forever, but probably was only like 15 minutes, though I would have sworn it were at least 18. It was worth my minor annoyance at being bored with the place tho, because I found this sweet neon fabric spray cans that I'm super psyched about checking out. Man am I going to have some shirts that say some weirda*$ sh!t on them or what? Yeah, definitely worth the boredom Plus, right now they are having this sale where all Simplicity design patterns are 99¢. I got a few that I think we're meant to be for costumes, but I'll likely put on as every day readywear. So, the pros slightly outweigh the cons, but I bet on any given day the pros vs, cons would be flipped. Which makes this place a solid, virtually perfect 3 star kind of establishment.

I love this place for their custom framing. As we all know, framing is outrageously expensive…read more Jo-Ann's sends coupons around every once in a while for 60% off a framing order which brings it down to expensive, but not insanely so. They have a large range of mats, frames, etc to choose from and are SO nice about sitting with me and helping me choose how to best bring out my picture/painting/whatever. I have very little color or design sense, but the folks who work at the framing department do-- they will help you make the most out of your items and do a great job putting it all together. I like this place just as much for their customer service as I do for the selections they've got. My husband and I have each gotten things framed here and I'm sure there will be more to come.

I've purchased from Medieval Collectibles a couple times now and have been happy with the products…read morethey provide. My most recent experience has compelled me to share my opinion of their service. The renaissance fair was less than a month away and I hadn't yet prepared for my Landsknecht impression to join my brother and nephews for this annual event with family and friends. The event was just 17 days away and there was much to be done in order to make my impression a lasting one. I was concerned with the shipping time and noticed the recommendation listed on their website regarding the importance in reaching out to their support team to specify any time sensitivity on orders. Liz in customer service replied via email and also contacted me via phone to ensure that I received her detailed email. She had clearly itemized the articles of my order which would delay the shipping and offered multiple alternatives for my choosing. I found Liz to be a thoughtful, attentive, polite, well spoken individual and overall quite the friendly person to interact with. Upon reflection of this experience, I can clearly recognize that my sole reason for which compelled me to share my impression here are purely due to Liz and her handling of my concerns and the care she put forth in response. Medieval Collectibles is fortunate to have an employee such as Liz - who alone has proven to raise the perceived quality of a product in her keen, vigilant handling of the customer's concerns. Merry Christmas Liz & to all of Medieval Collectibles. Spieß voran, drauf und dran!
