Good prices and great service, had all the balloons and other costumes I needed for Halloween.

I ordered online for pick up I chose the curbside pick up option I waited outside for ten minutes before I came in- at first associate couldn't find it (so no one was coming to curbside) then the manager (woman with a Spanish accent) found it and had an attitude because I didn't bring my I'd in - I said it's in my car cause that's where you were supposed to bring my stuff - she kept being rude saying their machine "isn't working" apparently regarding pick up orders (as if I'm psychic and supposed to know) and saying "next time" bring your id- I said there will NEVER be a next time so NEXT TIME do your job the right way. Just something that should've been super smooth an easy was annoying and aggravating dealing with rude incompetent people. read more

Awful and understaffed! I'm writing this review while INSIDE the store! It's been 30 minutes I've been trying to get help from an associate but this is like ghost town....there's not even ONE PERSON working here (besides the cashier and the other one inflating balloons). Ridiculous!!!! read more

HORRIBLE!!! They are the only party store around and I am forced to go there. I always have a terrible experience at the Orange CT store. Here are 3 examples: 1. I asked if they had any more tiny mexican hats. They said to come back tomorrow. Next day I returned and I was told they didn't want to open up a new carton. REALLY? REALLY? (April 2015) 2. I was in store (July 2015) and asked if they could show me where the cardboard chandelier that I saw online was. They said they could only be purchased online. I walked down the aisle and found the cardboard chandelier. LAZY. 3. Today, I called (July 2015) to ask if they had any dracula capes. They said not till August or September. I drove there anyway and they had OVER 50 dracula capes in various sizes. NEVER GO HERE! read more

Terrible customer service!! I called to order 45 balloons for a dinner/auction I am attending in the area and they would not let me place the order over the phone. They said that I would have to come there in person. I explained that I live in lower Fairfield County and can't get there before Saturday but they would not take my order even when I offered to pay over the phone. Went back recently and was underwhelmed again. Though in their favor they do have a solid offering for just about any celebration, but prices remain very high and unreasonable. Seems like all their stuff is also made in China like the Dollar store, so why so mercenary? read more

Please do not support this business. Life long customer. Ordered balloons for a four year olds graduation because she was crushed she was missing school. They told me they'd be ready by 5:30 PM same day. What a joke- I called at 5:30 PM and they said 10:00AM THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Unfortunately, that would not work scheduling wise. Great selection- store has full inventory, but I find them to be a bit overpriced. Found the same piñatas at Walmart for 1/2 the $$. You also need to have more than 1 register open in a store that size....especially if every customer in front of you has an issue e at checkout. I'll pay a little more for convenience, but waiting in line for 8 minutes is extreme anywhere, thus throwing convenience out the door. read more

I will never shop at this store again. I called and had a costume for my child put on hold. They assured me that they would hold it until closing time. I arrived 1/2 hour after calling, when I asked to pick up the costume that I had on hold I was informed they sold it. There was no apologies and the entire staff including the manager acted as if they did not want to be bothered. read more

Terrible!!!! Do not go here! It just took 20 minutes for me to just be rung up and I was the FIRST person in line because all the registers were "locked" and they needed to wait for a lazy manager from the back to come up and open them up. Never...ever.... Under any circumstances will I go here! EVERY EMPLOYEE, INCLUDING MANAGERS were SO rude & disrespectful - to other employees & customers. Most employees seemed to be teenagers....no work ethics at all & they certainly can't communicate with anyone properly. A costume I wanted to try on was missing parts to it - they handed me 3 DIFFERENT ONES & none were complete sets. Unbelievable. Also, full staffing was on, yet the bathroom was disgusting. I really don't know how they stay in business. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I came here two days in a row. The first day, the staff was helpful and knew what they were doing. I came back to return something today and the staff was rude and had terrible work ethic. I went there to get a costume for my daughter for halloween. It was it my first time there. Brianna came and helped us. She was amazing. She played with and entertained my daughter during the tedious shopping process, not only helped her find her costume but also helped her decide what to be. (A very hard thing to do when you have an indecisive 6 year old) she was with us from start to finish and made our experience amazing. She is a very nice person and great worker and thank you Brianna!! I now have one perfect little witch! read more
