One employee told me they didn't have enough staff, then when the manger came out she told me it's "a law in Orange that they can't have the drive thru open the last hour", they also told me the "drive thru always closed an hr early", and one other time when I asked when did it start closing early and was told "about 6 months" because people would be waiting in the drive thru line and they would be closing, so which one is ???? It's also frustrating when you expect the drive thru to be open because you have your sleeping child in the car, which is why the drive thru is great, and would be even better if it was open till 8 like the dispensary is!

Tissue wrap, bags, and ribbon in pretty much any any color or pattern you could want. I was very impressed by the prices as well. I absolutely love that I can support a local business and get a great deal at the same time. The staff was very friendly as well. Eager to help but not overbearing. I will definitely be back here again. As a small business owner, the products I can get here are indispensable. So happy I finally checked it out!!!

What do you need in paper and boxes - they got it! Well at least everything we needed. We stopped in to get boxed and shredded xmas paper for sending gifts ( early!) Simply put what make them special, besides the selection, is the welcoming and friendly folks. Everyone gets greeted, they checked in on what we needed. Last time we visited, we asked about small rolls of brown shipping paper to warp some for the boxes we had at home. What we saw was a HUGE roll. Other stores would have said, "no, sorry". This tore, "hold on, we will open this and cut/roll what you need". Awesome.

However, it didn't take away from the variety the store has and their prices. Currently this store has the kindest and most helpful staff you will meet anywhere. They will answer any of your questions and give recommendations that are always spot on. If you're looking for a product, not in stock or that they don't carry, they will find it, and order it for you. I also believe their prices to be some of the best in the area. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

Recently, an individual who left a scathing yet suspicious review here on yelp posted on another platform, and something did not seem to add up. Further, they did so on this other platform, knowing that purple planes did not have an account on it and could not respond. I decided that not only would I give them the heads up about this incident, so they could address it, but that it was the day that I would go in. I have been suffering from some serious joint pain, and I have been looking for something to make the pain tolerable so that I can do what I need to do as most over-the-counter solutions do not work, or I cannot take in combination with other medication's. My doctor has yet to come up with a solution. Jose, who answered the phone when I called earlier to alert him to the incident, was so inviting and so kind. He was able to very quickly help me select the right product and variety for my needs, and helped me navigate the rest of the store. I was surprised to find out that what I needed was only $40. To further the customer service, I realize that I had left my wallet behind, And as it is necessary to present an ID and a payment card to complete the transaction, I ask if I could run home and get it. When I still could not find it, a friend said that she would take me, but they were closing at 8 o'clock and my friend and I did not connect until almost 5 minutes before they closed. I called, and not only did they answer, which many places would not do near closing time on a Saturday night, Jose said that they would stay late enough for me to get there. When I arrived, not only did he have my order ready to go, but, and appreciation for alerting him to the incident earlier, I was given a discount. Not only was I impressed, but my friend was so impressed that she intends to return. And so far, Jose's recommendation has worked.
