In this case, I was next door at my local Kroger looking through their selection of cards. I absolutely just could not find what I was looking for. I literally had the thought, "I wish I knew if there was a Hallmark store around here". Being new to the area, I honestly didn't realize there was one right next door. I went in there this week with my daughter looking to get Mom a birthday card and possibly a gift. A Christmas themed gift. They have hundreds of ornaments and many different statues to choose from. They do have a lot to offer in the gift department. Especially if you are looking for collections to build on. And of course, they've got cards. They've got cards and cards and cards!. They have cards for just about every occasion. We're in the internet age, and have been for a while. ECards just don't do a card justice. Hallmark does cards right. It left us scrambling and put a huge damper on our event. A company's word and commitment to its customers should mean something, and that clearly wasn't the case here. Things were always changing. Jeff took my ideas as they evolved and created diagrams that brought them to life. When the plan changed, he rolled with it and kept a positive attitude. He pointed out things I wouldn't think about not being in the business and never ever pushed me to purchase more. He even gave me alternatives to save money. He was extremely responsive to e-mail and phone calls. There were no hidden costs. He made it super easy! They were on time and the crew was so respectful and kind. Exactly the kind of people you want to talk to when you're carrying the stress of last-minute wedding prep. The day before my wedding there was a huge storm. Not only did the tent handle it without an issue, everything inside the tent stayed dry. Their tent, tables and chairs were great quality and shape.
