After seeing Heidi in action through styled shoots & networking events, I was confident that I could trust her with my day. Heidi was calm, collected, & fun to work with. Her sense of humor & attention to detail helped me stay sane throughout the crazy wedding process. I was extremely detailed with what I wanted for my day & how I wanted all the details executed. Heidi pulled it off without a hitch. As a wedding coordinator, I know something goes wrong at every wedding. I honestly can't tell you what the "something wrong" was at my wedding because Heidi & her team took care of everything. 11/10 would highly recommend!!!

Heidi was that and so much more! She came highly recommended by our former venue coordinator, and I truly thank God that we found her and she was available for our day! From the first time Heidi and I spoke, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She is amazingly personable and a true joy to work with. She cared about the little details that were important to my husband and I. Her efforts and attention to detail greatly exceeded our extremely high expectations. We could not have asked for better service than what she provided. I had the utmost confidence in Heidi & was truly at ease the month leading up to our wedding knowing she was in constant contact with our vendors, crossing every T and dotting every I. She was also flexible to add on our rehearsal brunch planning & set-up just two weeks prior. Heidi was quick to respond via text/email, she advocated for me with our venue when issues arose & she and her team seamlessly executed our vision on our wedding day with amazing judgement and class. Heidi was gracious enough to hold our million & one decor items the weekend of our wedding, she returned our rental items to vendors for us since we were immediately leaving town, and she even hand-delivered the important items to us the morning after to our hotel room. Not once did my husband and I feel stressed the day-of, even with schedule changes & a downpour 10min prior to the start of our outdoor ceremony. Heidi actually made sure that I had no idea it was raining! Our bridal party & family are still complimenting her & raving about our beautiful & flawless day. Heidi was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding and I absolutely recommend her to any and everyone who inquires.

When I explained what I wanted, I'm sure there was hesitation but surprisingly she agreed. All I wanted--was a 9 balloon bouquet. We wanted to have a balloon bouquet that represented the ending of our 9 year CARDIOVASCULAR project with a heart on top. This was a very small order, probably more of a nuisance, but JOYFULTWINE.com agreed. I paid my invoice at 10:02 pm and at 11:25 am, I was carrying a beautiful bouquet up to our celebration of 9 balloons forming a rainbow topped with a heart. Hurray!!! I wanted a bouquet that represented the grant; from black for the struggle of year 1 to yellow for the light and ease of year 9. It was perfect. The process was SO easy. And very reasonable! Rachel & JOYFULTWINE.com are amazing! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! I highly recommend!!!
