The beautiful Black woman (I forgot to ask her name) managing the store at the time was SO helpful because I scoured the selection looking for a Get Well Soon balloon and I was about to give up and go with something generic (like a fire truck or train or Transformers - they have those too!), she found me exactly what I wanted!! They have aisles upon aisles of decorations, gift bags, invitation cards, streamers, banners, balloons, candies, gift wrap, tablecloths, napkins, plates, cutlery, confetti, etc..... If you can think of it, they probably carry it. They had a whole aisle for boys with themes such as Transformers, GI Joe, Minecraft, Skylanders, Minions, etc..... Another aisle was for girls and featured Barbie, My Little Pony, Paw Patrol, Hello Kitty, etc..... There is probably something for that discerning child of yours. This is a BIG store, with high ceilings. So, expect to walk around and spend some time. Luckily, they seem well staffed so you can always ask for help finding things. Price-wise, they seem competitive. Their price tags claim that they are 50% cheaper than retail, whatever that actually means. But, I spent $30 and came away with everything I need to make my little girl's birthday fantasy a reality.

Kyle was extremely responsive, with the most helpful responses from the four or five companies I contacted, as well as providing easy access to photos of equipment. Kyle was super easy to work with, he came in advance to check out the location, arrived on time for delivery and pickup, did not need help from us in getting anything in, and was extremely helpful and flexible in getting everything set up. It all worked perfectly, and guests were very complimentary.
