We had a friend in BC who was celebrating his 60th birthday. Because we couldn't be there, we wanted to do something special for him. I phoned a couple of places and got no answer at one, won't deliver the balloon bouquet with alcohol at another. He didn't explain that it was illegal. I was also looking for the balloons to be delivered the same day I placed the order. The best spot in the Lower Mainland (but is located in the heart of Steveston Village) for a balloon, balloon bouquet I even saw a huge balloon archway for a wedding proposal. I drove one hour to see Tammy at the balloon place because she was so helpful via phone during covid 19! Once there I was blown away (no pun intended :) by the amount of balloons she had in her store! The color combinations were so immense there was every single color u could imagine. Think three shades of each color lol. She had the cutest balloons with the most unusual designs (sloth, llama, koala !!). Most importantly, she was 110% passionate about her job and her prices were very reasonable. Same or cheaper than online like amazon and in stock! Unlike the dollar store balloon quality which sucks, her balloons are very durable and don't pop easily. She was very accommodating to ensure she made a balloon to fit my budget. Do not hesitate to visit her and support a small local business if u need balloons! My only advice to Tammy would be to make her signage outside more prominent and colourful so it's easier to find her store :) read more

Best customer service ever! I walked in with just a picture off Pinterest and asked if they could do a simple balloon bouquet for my gender reveal, they helped me chose the best colours of the balloons and put it together nicely! They were super busy that day so we waited for a bit while she had customers come in to pick up orders, which I didn't mind at all and they wouldn't let me go if they think the balloons didn't look presentable! I was okay with anything but I appreciated how they put thoughts into it. They were super friendly and we chatted up while she was trying different things to spice up my balloon bouquet. The final product looks so cute it looked too pretty for a simple balloon bouquet. They felt bad for keeping me there for too long and they offered to gift the two cutest balloon bouquet to my baby!! Like what? They didn't offer a discount but they offered to not take any money?!?! I was so shocked and they were so generous to gift it to us. It was only my second time there and I swear I would give 10/5 rating on this place! They really do put their hearts to making every balloon that walks out of their place look amazing! read more

Called in and the guy was super arrogant and super rude. I asked when can we know the details since some would need the information as soon as possible and the guy Steve said "IT'S NOT IMPORTANT HOW YOU GUYS THINK. THE IMPORTANT THING IS REALITY". Whatever that means that is. I asked "well, you are in control so please let me know the estimate of when you might get back to us" and he says "THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORK. YOU KNOW? I AM BUSY. I HAVE NO IDEA" which is a very much stupid thing to say to any customer. After repeating the same things several times, I changed the question to "So are you going to tell me that you will get back to me next month? Next year?" And he says "No of course not. May be tomorrow". What a dumb idiot. It took me 10 minutes to get the simplest question to be answered. I just needed when he might get back to me for christ's sake. So I said "That's what I wanted to know. Took so long to get that answer". Then he was very angry insulting a customer by saying "WELL YOU'RE SUPER NICE HUH?". And I ended the phone by saying "Yes, unlike yourself. And I am very much professional and I only need a pro's service. Goodbye". God, what has happened here? Did he gets dumped by a girl or something? Was that why he was so upset? I don't know but no customer deserves this kind of service. read more

I was given some balloons for my birthday. They were amazing. The owner went out of her way to order a special bunny balloon for me. They were all pink just like I wanted. I would definitely like to get balloons from there again. The cool thing is she can make balloons into animals and stuff too not just regular old balloons. She will create something just for you. It is awesome to have this shop on steveston. Love the cool store front colors too. read more
