Do not do business with the people at Hops Hallmark!!…read more I had placed an online order for some ornaments as I do most years. Shortly after my order was confirmed and charged, I got a phone call from the store saying and I quote "When you buy online, we don't make any money, so I am cancelling your order so you can give us money." I am pretty sure that his goes against corporate policy. When my husband went into the store to pick up what I had ordered, the guy at the counter was acting dumb saying how what I ordered was "out of stock" online but they have it in store so he can pay for it to him directly. If it was out of stock online they would not have allowed me to place the order. A truly shoddy way to do business and super dishonest, I can't stand it. Needless to say, I will be following up with corporate and never doing business with this or the other location in Anchorage again.
