First timer for this establishment. Made an appointment, entered it on my phone calendar. Got there and she said I had the wrong day. It was scheduled for next week. I called to confirm on Friday for Monday. Got there they said my appointment wasn't for an hour! Now, I had it confirmed! I asked her to Just cancel it. Without hesitation she said ok. Not, we can see if we can work something out or try to accommodate me in a courteous way. Mind you I'm a Black Woman in an empty white establishment! I came here for a bachelorette party & had an amazing time! The staff was so so kind & helpful. Paris, my nail tech, was INCREDIBLE! My nails look lovely & she was so personable. We had great conversations and I enjoyed her company very much! If I didn't live an hour I would definitely be coming back to her. I am 29 years old and I have tried sooo many salons. I started going to Partners Salon this year when I was in town visiting my family. The owner Frank cut my hair and I LOVED it. The whole total experience was amazing. He is such a great stylist and was having fun doing it. He told me what style I needed to best showcase my facial features and I really appreciated that. I went back for a 2nd time and enjoyed myself just as much. I would recommend this salon to everyone. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed by Richard and he did an amazing job! He was welcoming, friendly, and funny. The salon was super clean and professional. Wasn't too expensive either. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a wax. Much better than those oriental nail salons. read more

Good and bad. Snotty receptionist. Great massage by Wanda. Then I waited for 45 minutes in a cold "relaxation room" with a cup of cold water and two magazines (Parent and Us) that were of no interest to me. No one mentioned that I would have to wait that long. I wandered around the halls a couple of times thinking maybe they had forgotten about me. Finally - great facial by Cookie. We went here to get our hair and makeup done for my sons wedding. We had made an appointment for 5 people, 3 months ahead of time. The appointment was for 9:00 am, one of the girls had to wait 45 minutes because they didn't have enough people to help her. After hair was done we had to wait one and half hours to get our makeup done. They only had 2 girls doing makeup for 5 people. My makeup girl was ruff, didn't have color options and charged me extra for eye lashes (no one else got charged extra). I asked her if she went to school to learn how she said she learned from You Tube! It took almost 4 hours, and by the time we were done we were almost late for the wedding . All the hair turned out good but if you are going somewhere and need to be there on time skip this place. read more

I actually gave this salon many chances. I used to go to a stylist who did a great job but is no longer there. Since she left I got an awful haircut. The next time I went to a different beautician. My haircut was ok but the color was horrible. One of the receptionists is very rude. Won't be back. Wish I could give 0 stars read more

I loved my hair after visiting this salon. The set up is nice, waiting room is comfortable. I went on a weeknight, and it was busy, but my stylist was not distracted. The other customers also looked comfortable too. I will definitely come back here to get my hair styled again, and would consider this location for their other spa services. read more
