The central air conditioning is quiet and there was no noise bleed from other rooms or buildings, and one a single stair to get into the building. The staff was helpful but also didn't micromanage at all -- they were just there if we needed anything. The only funny part of the day was that pretty much everybody who walked in the door of the building tried to come to Studio One, even including a few people who nearly bought tickets to our concert when they were in fact looking for a comedy show in one of the other studios upstairs! We posted a bunch of signs and that seemed to help. :) But we had a great experience and will definitely keep it in mind for future concerts.

There were a few hiccups around the last-minute change and some initial miscommunication, but Fleur ultimately worked with us to resolve everything fairly and provided an appropriate refund for the part of the experience that couldn't be delivered as originally booked. Not a moment was disrupted or interrupted, yet all the important ones were captured. As we flick through our wedding photos, it's wonderful to see the little things that we missed, but which Angelica was able to capture - the smiles on our parent's faces, the genuine happiness of our guests, even a telling look between us that we don't honestly recall. After shooting all day, Angelica then rose literally at dawn for a trash the dress session. Despite having little to no sleep, she was her usually personable and energetic self.
