He is a miracle worker! After several visits over a few weeks, with adjustments, acupuncture and laser therapy, the pain finally went away. I walked in and immediately saw that Dr. Nathan, his receptionist, and the patients in the waiting room were not wearing masks. I said, "Are we not wearing masks in here?" The Dr. told me I could if I wanted to, and he would if I wanted him to, but that masks were not required. I cancelled my appointment on the spot and left immediately. Dr. Nathan's attitude toward masking demonstrates a dismissal of basic science and a disregard for the health and safety of clients and staff. It is also explicitly illegal. Dr. Nathan may very well be an effective chiropractor, but it seems he has no concern for public health, nor respect for science. Avoid at all costs, at least until the pandemic has concluded. And even then, be skeptical of any doctor who does not believe in basic scientific principles.

Now, I had a bump on my eyelid, which had me being referred to a partner - Dr. Naugle. Once I saw this doctor on another day, I had a similar and very positive experience. On this visit, his assistant (Cera I think was the name), was involved in the removal of my eyelid bump. She appeared very competent, while also very personable during the procedure. Lastly: I recall from my healthcare past, Dr. Naugle was the first (doctor) to bring certain dermatological treatment options to Springfield. It's clear to me as his practice has expanded, he has the most competent providers and staff providing the patient care. This is what everyone should look for in a medical provide and office.
