I can't drive, I can barely open my eyes. My eyelids and the skin around my eyes is tight and puckered with pockets of puss that leak on and off throughout the day. It feels like I am being slapped repeatedly with a cactus. The doc in the ER told me to call this dermatologist as they were nervous about treating my eyes. The doc told me that if I told them I had been to the ER the night before that these people would help me and it would be within a day or two. It's been 2 days now and I have not even gotten a call back from the very rude receptionist. Who actually had the nerve to say my condition is not a serious one without even seeing me. I can assure you I am not a dermatology junkie.. I would just rather not be maimed for life which really shouldn't be chastised considering the fact that I am willing to pay. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. Some things can't wait 2 months.

I am not from the Branson area, so to create conversation, I asked if she was from here. She was quick to answer, "Yes, born and raised, but I don't live here, I live in Texas. I come here once a month, but have no intention on staying here.". Wow. I don't know, I've been to plenty of physicians in my time, but this doctor has the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. She is young, so perhaps she shouldn't be judged to critically.
