I found this practice and doctor to have a professional approach, very efficient and organized. Dr. Insley was thorough both, in her exam and explanation of treatment. Now, I had a bump on my eyelid, which had me being referred to a partner - Dr. Naugle. Once I saw this doctor on another day, I had a similar and very positive experience. On this visit, his assistant (Cera I think was the name), was involved in the removal of my eyelid bump. She appeared very competent, while also very personable during the procedure. Lastly: I recall from my healthcare past, Dr. Naugle was the first (doctor) to bring certain dermatological treatment options to Springfield. It's clear to me as his practice has expanded, he has the most competent providers and staff providing the patient care. This is what everyone should look for in a medical provide and office.

I am not from the Branson area, so to create conversation, I asked if she was from here. She was quick to answer, "Yes, born and raised, but I don't live here, I live in Texas. I come here once a month, but have no intention on staying here.". Wow. I don't know, I've been to plenty of physicians in my time, but this doctor has the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. She is young, so perhaps she shouldn't be judged to critically.
