That being said, he thoroughly answered everything I asked about. He even went so far as to rush a delivery for medication that had been delayed by a systemic error recently. Shipping problems aside, and not speaking of any other providers at the office that I've not worked with, Scott is a very helpful and knowledgeable professional. And not for nothing, he's just nice. He has that energy about him you like to see in young health care providers, given the difficulty of the industry these days. I actually had been a bit of a difficult case due to things outside of their control, at the delivery pharmacy they've since stopped using. Melissa, who works at the office was very prompt in attending to my case, relaying info to me and ultimately in helping get it sorted. She deserves mentioning as well for being cheerful, smart and professional.

Keri and her team actually listened and didn't just brush things off. They did more in-depth lab work and explained things in a way that made sense. They gave her a date that was after the expiration date of the groupon but was told it would be ok. Upon showing up, she was instantly berated and treated like a piece of dirt for using a groupon. She was literally yelled at by a large man behind the counter saying "we aren't even making any money off of you groupon people". She left crying (which they called her crazy for). Most unorganized, rudest, and unfortunate experience ever. They got $180 for one minute of extremely painful treatment, so I guess they made something. Do NOT give these people your business!!

I went in a few weeks ago for a 90min deep tissue massage with CBD added on top…read more Let me start by saying I've gotten many deep tissue massages before, and I know not everyone can do them. So when I called, I made sure to emphasize to the lady scheduling me that they gave me somebody that actually knew what they were doing and could listen when I tell them more pressure...well, My masseuse was named Chad and my first indicator that this was not going to work out was the fact that I weighed about 60 pounds more than he does. And I'm not big, 5'8" 160 lbs. I prefaced the Massage to Chad as well that I needed it deep tissue and he needs to apply a lot of pressure as I am very tight on my back and shoulders. That was my reminder #1. He started the massage on the lower body, which didn't have enough pressure the entire time, I didn't say anything during the section cause it's not my area of interest for the most pressure so I let that slide as a warm-up for him. But once he moved onto my neck and shoulders, I reminded him twice that he needs more pressure to which he said something along the lines of as a masseuse we can feel what your muscles are doing in judge what's best to do. To be fair I get that you can cause more damage than good but when I'm paying almost $200 for a massage, I expect to at least be able to feel it. The entire session just felt like somebody was petting me. His breath smelled. He never once checked in to ask me if the pressure he was applying was sufficient during the entire 90 minutes, I have never experienced something like that. I wanted to walk out in the middle of my massage. I did not leave him a tip since he doesn't know how to listen to his clients needs and I'm not even sure that they gave me CBD lotion during my massage. Also, Chad, whatever pressure points you think you're doing at the end of each section aren't doing anything because you aren't applying enough pressure you're just wasting time during the massage, probably a solid 10 mins of massage time just standing there poking me. Horrible experience. Do better.
