Then, she was able to add me on for an appmt literally less than 24 hrs later. I'm young, and I used to be healthy--so granted I don't usually go to the doctor often--but just having a physician on hand to run basic tests immediately, along with peace of mind indefinitely in the future--so well worth the $70 in my opinion. I will likely sign my fiancé up for the plan as well since it's so affordable. It's a No brainer in my opinion and I'm surprised I didn't do something like this sooner since there were definitely other things I needed to get done that Dr partain pointed out. As a Christian, I love that it's a faith based business, and that Dr. Clark offers to pray for you, and with you. He doesn't accept insurance, but his visit rates are very affordable. He's also very good at refilling any prescriptions you may have. If I had to make a criticism, I wish his Friday hours were longer, and that he was available on weekends. I also wish they had an answering machine you could leave a message on. We love having him as our family doctor, and will have him as such for as long as he is in practice. God bless Dr. Clark, and we highly recommend him to anyone, and everyone.

Now I have to try and find someone to fix the areas he made worse. I can't speak for the other surgeons but I wouldn't go here. I had a dream of getting certain things fixed and it was crushed. When I tried to call afterward with concerns, I was brushed off and told it was supposed to be that way and I knew better. So, I never felt I was heard or concerns were addressed and definitely nothing was fixed.

Obviously my pockets were never tightened during my procedure and after the swelling went down the after math was extremely disappointing. I went in to discuss a revision due to the issues and was hit with "that's just gravity it wouldn't matter how many surgeries you have or how big or small of an implant you get, they will always do that" and then was swept out the door. Obviously after spending $10k I was distraught. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons at this point who have confirmed that tightening the pockets would resolve the issue. I was extremely hopeful when choosing Dr Barns being that he was newer and younger thinking he would be up to date on the latest techniques however I definitely underestimated the lack of skill possibly ? The fact that a revision was completely shut down and excuse made that they could never be anything but saggy was disgusting. Now I am left with once again saggy boobs that fall into my armpits with SO MANY SCARS that I am more disgusted with them at this point then I was before the procedure. I finally called Main Mercy who took my complaint & then transferred me to Dr. Pilapil's office who already was copping a major attitude early in her shift today! My last provider had an option to reach them anytime, but you had to make the decision to bother them. When he answered (immediately) I was embarrassed, I expected an admin to get it in the morning. That being said, he thoroughly answered everything I asked about. He even went so far as to rush a delivery for medication that had been delayed by a systemic error recently. Shipping problems aside, and not speaking of any other providers at the office that I've not worked with, Scott is a very helpful and knowledgeable professional. And not for nothing, he's just nice. He has that energy about him you like to see in young health care providers, given the difficulty of the industry these days. I actually had been a bit of a difficult case due to things outside of their control, at the delivery pharmacy they've since stopped using. Melissa, who works at the office was very prompt in attending to my case, relaying info to me and ultimately in helping get it sorted. She deserves mentioning as well for being cheerful, smart and professional.
