We searched some Local recommendations and found Bailey at the Well Spa and researched reviews with photos. Many of the photos shown seemed like similar to what we were Dealing with. We got started with the cleansing program and within a week, a noticeable difference was happening. These results made the program easy to continue as The results were positive and recognizable. We've been diligent about the process and returned every two weeks for follow up, and peels and wow! The acne that we had started at puberty with a few and had gotten out of control so it is a process and commitment. The steps are easy and worth it. The most difficult part is learning what cleanser or serum Or toner, etc happens at which step of the process. So once this learning curve happens at weeks 1 & 2, it becomes second nature. Bailey is knowledgeable, warm and friendly while helping educate us through this process. So happy we found her reviews on fb as we were headed toward the accutane path which was our last resort. We highly recommend Bailey at The Well Spa. After two weeks, our son was so used to seeing his acne covered face, and was now seeing some healing, he said "I didn't even know my face could look like this". ****adding some photos to show the noticeable improvement that the regular visits and consistent use of the products.

I went in a few weeks ago for a 90min deep tissue massage with CBD added on top…read more Let me start by saying I've gotten many deep tissue massages before, and I know not everyone can do them. So when I called, I made sure to emphasize to the lady scheduling me that they gave me somebody that actually knew what they were doing and could listen when I tell them more pressure...well, My masseuse was named Chad and my first indicator that this was not going to work out was the fact that I weighed about 60 pounds more than he does. And I'm not big, 5'8" 160 lbs. I prefaced the Massage to Chad as well that I needed it deep tissue and he needs to apply a lot of pressure as I am very tight on my back and shoulders. That was my reminder #1. He started the massage on the lower body, which didn't have enough pressure the entire time, I didn't say anything during the section cause it's not my area of interest for the most pressure so I let that slide as a warm-up for him. But once he moved onto my neck and shoulders, I reminded him twice that he needs more pressure to which he said something along the lines of as a masseuse we can feel what your muscles are doing in judge what's best to do. To be fair I get that you can cause more damage than good but when I'm paying almost $200 for a massage, I expect to at least be able to feel it. The entire session just felt like somebody was petting me. His breath smelled. He never once checked in to ask me if the pressure he was applying was sufficient during the entire 90 minutes, I have never experienced something like that. I wanted to walk out in the middle of my massage. I did not leave him a tip since he doesn't know how to listen to his clients needs and I'm not even sure that they gave me CBD lotion during my massage. Also, Chad, whatever pressure points you think you're doing at the end of each section aren't doing anything because you aren't applying enough pressure you're just wasting time during the massage, probably a solid 10 mins of massage time just standing there poking me. Horrible experience. Do better.

The on call physician was called MANY times and did not answer the phone. The progression of the infections forced this person to seek care at an Urgent care, where they immediately directed them to the emergency room where antibiotics where administered. At the follow up visit, the doctor very jokingly said the on call physician, I believe Dr. Bailey, did not have the on call cell phone turned on that day. Due to this negligence I could have lost a very dear relative to sepsis just in time for Christmas. I understand that infections happen quite easily, but to have the on call phone turned off and ignore a suffering patient is unacceptable. With a background in the medical field, I am simply horrified at the treatment this person received.

I found this practice and doctor to have a professional approach, very efficient and organized. Dr. Insley was thorough both, in her exam and explanation of treatment. Now, I had a bump on my eyelid, which had me being referred to a partner - Dr. Naugle. Once I saw this doctor on another day, I had a similar and very positive experience. On this visit, his assistant (Cera I think was the name), was involved in the removal of my eyelid bump. She appeared very competent, while also very personable during the procedure. Lastly: I recall from my healthcare past, Dr. Naugle was the first (doctor) to bring certain dermatological treatment options to Springfield. It's clear to me as his practice has expanded, he has the most competent providers and staff providing the patient care. This is what everyone should look for in a medical provide and office.
