I've been working on a project all weekend…read more Unfortunately for me, I don't have ink, so off I went to Office Depot to get some copies printed. The experience was relatively painless. Ample parking, clearly marked stations, and even bilingual staff in Hialeah - that last one in particular is shocking. Copies printed easily, the sales associate attended me and a group of about ten people with ease. I typically would've rated this okay except that the apathy of the employees can be felt a mile away. No one smiles at Office Depot, which makes me feel terrible for even going in and getting copies printed. I probably should've gone to FedEx across the street instead. They tend to be much happier.

I'm not familiar with the software Publisher, but he was able to navigate through it rather quickly to ensure it printed in the order I needed, showed me samples how it printed, additional paper options and quoting.
