I get up and notice that the silver leg that supports the sofa has folded backwards, onto itself. I'm a little over 150lbs, so there's no reason why this should have happened. Gosh, Ive contacted the company and will report back, when they reply. Wow, what a let down. *********I've ordered furniture from this company on three separate occasions, through an app called: Offer Up. The first thing that I ordered was a white sofa. They originally told me that it would arrive before 12pm, as I sleep during the day and work overnights. They showed up at 4pm. When the guy set up the sofa, his hands were filthy and I had to end up cleaning the dirty hand prints off of the sofa. Not too that big of a deal, because it's leather and it came off fairly easy. Just unprofessional. The second time that I placed an order, I ordered a bedroom set. Delivery time was horrible as well, but atleast I was off for the rest of the day. No big deal. After they left, I looked through the drawers and I saw that the legs to the nightstand and the dresser were inside. So I had to end up putting the legs on the items. While the putting my bed together, one of the young boys broke a small statue that I brought back from Nepal. A once in a lifetime trip. You can't put a price on something like that. He apologized, but how careless can people be? This is insane! So here we go again... I decide to purchase from them again, and the same garbage happens. I told them that I'll be home after 10am for delivery. In my head, I'm thinking that the store closes at about 5pm, so if they showed up before 5pm, it would be ok. 5pm comes and no sign of the furniture guy. I contact the office and instead of the lady contacting the driver, she tells me that she will give me the number so that I can call him. Who does that? If a customer calls and complains about a delivery issue, the office should be doing the legwork, not the customer. So I contact the driver and he says that he was told that I'll be home after 10am. I told him that I said that, but I didn't think it would be passed 5pm. That just seems a bit ridiculous. He gives me the window of 5p-7p I said ok. I told him that my little brother was waiting for me at the airport and I needed to go and pick him up. At 5:15pm the guy calls me and says he's on his way. At this point, I had already picked up my brother and was dropping him off. He then proceeds to ask me when will I be back. I said that I'm in south Miami, it's raining and traffic is bad. He said that he's already headed to my place. I said well let's push for 7pm. He says: you're my lady stop and that's the end of their day. I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. You gave me a window between 5-7p and that's what I'm sticking to. As I'm headed back home, I text to let him know that I'm headed back home. He tells me that he took another order, just to give me a little more time. And he said that he will call me when he's on the way. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with and I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing from these people, unless you want to be toyed with. The furniture is great, but the delivery experience ruins it all. After i called to complain, all they did was say sorry. She offered $50 off of my next order. NO THANK YOU!! Perhaps they can use that $50 for customer service classes. ***New*** If you read the AMAZING reviews that followed mine. Notice how there were "0" reviews before, but after I alerted the company of my review, they created FAKE ACCOUNTS and all posted on 6.13.19 Funny how that happens. Just shows you how amateur these people are. Instead of trying to make it right with me, they push to promote their short comings, with faked "excellent" reviews.

We were taken to Kom by a local designer we hired and I have to tell you the experience has just been incredible. The manager Maria might just be the sweetest person on earth and she was amazingly helpful to us. We've been back and forth to the store at least 10 times picking out pieces and then switching out ones that didn't fit or just weren't right. Maria organized all of our deliveries and even let us bring back pieces we've had for weeks with no questions asked. Kom has amazing furnishings of virtually every kind you can imagine. Alot of the artwork is original and one off. I cant complain about the prices but its more of a high end store, and thats the look we were shooting for, but I didn't think anything was overpriced like the previous reviewer stated. If you want to shop online go ahead but if you want a two story building full of hundreds of pieces of furniture, artwork, furnishings and everything else you can imagine then this is the place for you. Everything they have is amazing and you will not get better customer service anywhere. Maria will organize everything for you. I recommend Kom 1000% and our condo looks like it belongs in a magazine. We are so pleased and cannot thank Maria enough.

I found a piece of furniture in this store for much cheaper on the internet and they were kind…read moreenough to match the price, so I figured I would keep my business local. When they delivered the piece, a lacquered dresser, I was on a pretty important call and was a little distracted. I looked at it and it looked fine and they had me confirm that everything was ok. I ended the call and took a rag to clean off all this white stuff that was on there from the transportation. As I began to go over the piece, I noticed that one of the edges near the bottom had a chip about 1 inch long on it. I immediately called the sales lady at the store and told her. In all, maybe 15 minutes had passed since I received the piece, give or take. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal to me, I didn't even really want anything, I just wanted to point it out to them and see what they'd say. She asked me to send her a photo, which I did immediately. I got a response from her saying she spoke to the owner and that their policy is clear that they can do nothing since I didn't catch the damage to the piece they sent me immediately. That I can understand, because technically I didn't do everything perfectly. But then she finished the email by insinuating that I did the damage. And that insult I do not forgive. I would never do business with these people. You can find everything they offer in this store for much cheaper on the internet. I'd strongly recommend you do so or find another place to buy your furniture, or you might end up like me, really doing nothing wrong, and not only being denied assistance to make things right, but being accused of something you'd clearly never do.
