We recently built a house and currently have a blank canvas back yard. A landscaper told us about Parsons Rocks, so we decided to stop by and look at some landscaping and turf samples to get some ideas flowing. Parsons Rocks have a nice variety of Pavers, Turf, Fire Pit Kits, and you can't forget the Rocks... lots of rocks. After walking around and choosing our selections, Haden was more than happy to put together a quote for us. He was very helpful and educated us on material we didn't even know we needed. He also told us a couple of things to be cautious with our landscaper. It was very helpful because this is our first time designing a yard from scratch and working with a landscaper to build our vision. I really appreciate the helpful advice Haden offered, because we definitely need ALL the help we can get right about now. Clean and inviting store, helpful staff, great selections. Definitely Recommended! read more

Good customer service, gave me a refund owed promptly. I like that you can view all the product and hand select what you want.

Friendly service and a wide variety of rock and pavers at a good price. My mum recently received a letter from her HOA stating that she needed to put more rock in her yard because there were bare spots showing from the street (yes, this is a thing). We grabbed some 5 gallon buckets and headed too Parsons Rocks located on Sunset Road just East of I-515/US95. We brought a sample of the rocks from the front yard in a baggy and they quickly matched it up with a comparable rock. They charged us $5 a bucket then we headed to the back lot to have them filled. Wayne met us with a smile and quickly had our buckets filled. We said our goodbyes and with the "you have a blessed day" in return, it just made our day. Thank you Parsons Rocks and especially Wayne for being such a big help and accepting our heartfelt thanks. Keep smiling and spreading joy... one pebble at a time! read more

I was leaning toward using a different company based on initial price quotes but since Parsons was closer to my home, I opted to view their showroom to see the rock samples. Once there, I saw samples for a color that I hadn't considered. The rocks were cheaper and I saved on delivery charges since Parsons was closer to my home than its competitor. The delivery driver contacted me when he arrived at the property to confirm where the rocks would be left. Great value and great experience! read more

I've purchased rock from this firm in the past and was satisfied that the load ordered was the load delivered. Recently ordered 1 ton of Copper Rose 3/4" (double my prior order). When delivered, it was obvious that the load was short. By my estimate and based on the size of the load it appears a 1/2 ton short. I called Parsons and forwarded the included pics by text. Though it was clear to Ivan at Parsons that the load and my concern was legitimate, after conferring internally Ivan called to tell me that the load would only be adjusted if I spread it and it did not cover 140 Sq Ft. I don't recommend doing business with this firm. They're not giving consumers what they pay for. I have no way to measure coverage as I intend to refresh existing rock of the same description and I as a consumer have no way to weigh or measure the load beyond my experience. No weight receipt for the load was provided. You be the judge! read more

We worked with Eric and we were so impressed! We just moved here from North Dakota, and we are new to the different style of landscaping in this area. We were a little nervous and didn't want to feel taken advantage of. Well, Eric went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. He was reliable and responsive. He would always get back to me right away and reach out to me to check up on us. He is so personable and understood exactly what we needed. He takes initiative and exceeded our expectations! read more

Eric at Parsons Rocks was great. I had many questions regarding my landscape project and he was able to answer them all and helped me with ideas for my yard that I hadn't even thought of. I had picked out artificial grass at another location and was going to buy rock and pavers at Parsons, but ended up purchasing everything there instead because of Eric's help with my project. I will definitely be back to continue with other projects I still want to do. Thanks Eric! read more

We are giving a shout out to Eric Solano for being the #1 guy to help us with our landscaping design needs. Eric was our front-line man through our entire landscaping process as we had so many different decisions to make regarding Rock colors as well as size. He also was able to assist us with millions of Paver questions as well. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes means everything during the process of designing a yard in our newly built home. Eric clearly has a strong understanding of mathematics and critical thinking. Along with being creative he was also able to effectively break down how the colors of the rocks may change once wet etc. If you're ready to work with someone who will help you figure out which way to go then Eric is your man! You must go with Eric at Parsons Rocks for the best experience! Eric is what differentiates a business from the competition. He IS the added value. Eric is the secret sauce for any and all prospective customers! Thank you Eric for your hardwork. We appreciate you. read more

This place is great. Great display of rocks. Great synthetic grass. Eric was my sales man and he was so much fun to work with. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on the product. He helped me go over pictures that I had of the area where I wanted to put rocks and faux grass. He had great feedback and suggestions. I bought my rocks, grass and white chat here. read more

I've now used Parsons Rocks twice for two different houses. The first I got some delivered and by no fault of theirs it got mixed with some others in the truck which is a problem for me because I am a perfectionist. Most would have let it slide. to my surprise they super took care of me and wanted my business. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Onto my next home, Eric took care of me today Jan 5th. He was a sweetheart and helped load the rocks into my buckets again proving they understand customer service. Thank you Eric and team! read more

Highly recommend Parsons Rock. The variety and quality of the product was overwhelming for me. But Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His vision far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Eric for being so helpful read more

Eric Solano, the salesman at Parsons Rocks, is amazing with regard to Customer Service! He went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of this customer who needed a lot of help in choosing products for a driveway. One day, he took 15 minutes, out of his day, of personal time to call me to make sure I understood what was going on, since this is my first time doing this. I can't say enough good things about him regarding his responsibility and dedication for his job. I will always return to Parsons to shop because of him. Way to go Eric! And, Thank you! read more

In an effort to begin a backyard garden in Las Vegas, I sought out Parsons Rocks. A raised bed is arguably essential to having any kind of success here, and wood doesn't last in the long term. Parsons Rocks was the only place in town that had visually attractive stone that could be used to build a retaining wall of sorts. Everywhere else only stocked the red/brown colors of the desert, while I wanted something different. Parsons has awesome customer service, kind folks, and super prompt delivery. Absolutely recommended above the normal "garden" locations for pavers, rocks, and brick. read more

Had Arizona medium sized river rocks delivered and was ordered By my wife with no problems from whomever serviced her. Today I went to get base for my artificial turf by the bucket. Usually you need to get a minimum of quarter ton from other landscaping companies. I met Moises Gutierrez at the service desk and him I needed a couple of buckets Really plastic storage bins though. He told me to go get what I wanted and they would figure out my charge. I ended up filling them up and came back to the front and they said not to worry! I was so happy because I figured that with the minute amount I needed that I would be rejected unless I had some delivered. I cannot find any fault with this place for your landscaping. Easy and convenient. read more

Costumer service has become a list art in our society, but not at Parsons Rock. From the time I called on the phone to the loading of material on my trailer every employee was top notch. The young man working the desk helped me determine the appropriate amount of pavers and stacking blocks for my job. Then the price was better than I expected. I went to go have the items loaded on my trailer. The employees in the yard took care to plastic wrap all the pallets so nothing shifted. They also took care to not damage my trailer. These employees were also friendly while doing a demanding job in the heat. Great job to all employees and business owner. read more

I purchased 1,2 ton of river rock from Parson Rocks and had it scheduled for delivery a week in advance for a Saturday. The day of delivery parson rocks never showed up. I called three times no answer. I left a message and still no response. As they close at 3pm on Saturday I drove down there only to discover they sold my river rock and were sold out. They never called me that they were sold my rock. No call that my delivery was cancelled. I wasted my Saturday morning and early afternoon. They did refund my money once i was at the store. Parsons Rock did what we wanted and how we wanted it done. Others that came to our house to quote, wanted to talk us out of what we wanted to have done and some companies came to our house and never even provided a quote. It seams like no one wants to work, which is amazing in these times. Parsons Rock did a wonderful job with our front and back yard. Our neighbors say our backyard looks like a resort. I would highly recommend Parsons Rock if you want a company that goes above and beyond. Thank you Tim!! Betty & Tori read more

Dropped off rocks for my landscapers. The driver spilled diesel fuel all over our newly paved road and just drove off. I had to track Tim the owner of Parsons to clean it up. Seems like Tim Parson was more worried about the cost of the cleaning than the environmental hazard that his driver left behind. They sprayed this white crap all over that looked worse than the spill it self. He said to leave it for a couple of days then they will come back to clean it up. Still I had to track Tim down. And again he seemed more worried about the cost. They pressured washed it but just smeared the white crap all around. Our newly paved road will never be the same. Beware if this company ever drops off rocks to your home. All they care about is profit and not the environment. Still not satisfied with the cleaning. read more

Parson's Rocks really does rock! I came to them through a contractor and ended up buying boulders, rock and stepping stone material myself to finish up my project! I found a very skilled landscaper to finish the detail work while shopping there, so I am beyond satisfied with Parson's. My artificial turf was purchased here, so do not stop at hardscape! It looks fantastic and will last for years, as I purchased the 92 Fescue, the top of the line product. You will thank me if you choose to get a project started here! I ordered 2 tons of rock after visiting Parsons Rocks in Henderson. I wanted to support local business and they were friendly and helpful. The delivery driver, Mark, showed up the next day. Mark was extremely helpful on where to dump the load of rocks and and was clear about the company's policy with respect to unloading in any area other than the road. The weight of the truck could compromise utilities, structures and so forth. Thank you Mark for your demeanor and cautious attitude about where to deliver the load and for your operating skills.
