He was honest about the cost and timing to get the parts needed and complete the repair. In the end it's my landlords decision to repair or replace the unit but, I appreciate him not trying to take advantage of the situation. He was also extremely kind and patient with my large dogs who wanted to know why a stranger was in their kitchen and were eager to help him. Hahaha. He was great and I appreciate how comfortable he made the situation- Honest Techs aren't always easy to find. Ryan/Absolute Appliance will be my first call anytime I need services.

I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.

After months of "surgery," it was time to send that 2016 Home Depot special to the big laundromat in the sky. Figured everything would be closed by the time I hit Phoenix, so I rolled the dice in Vegas. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it.

After seeing what they had to offer I went to three other stores looking for other options. At the end of my search I returned to RC Willey because I was told over the phone that they would price match a similar model I had found elsewhere. So after driving 25 minutes back to this location, and waiting in their store for over 10 minutes, I was informed that they would not price match because while I was waiting, they performed a few searches and they could not find that same model in stock elsewhere, and that is their policy. Ok, so why didn't you make those searches before I drove all the way back over to your store? I wasted time, gas and now I still do not have a refrigerator. Thanks for nothing. Do better. You have lost this customer. And I am posting here so other shoppers are forewarned. Or maybe other consumers will just avoid this store. In response to your comment, Customer S, it was the exact same model. What happened here is that your sales department lured me down to make their sale by telling me they would match the price when actually due to your staff being unable to locate the inventory while they had me wait in your store they denied the price match bc they said I wouldn't be able to purchase a refrigerator elsewhere. They could have done their research first but instead they wanted me at the store. Maybe they thought I would purchase the refrigerator anyways. But they wasted my time, my gas my money and gave me false hope.

We were hoping to get some clarity in store without having to call the bank, but ultimately were told the bank is where we'll need to sort it out and officially merge the accounts. That aside, the store itself was clean, bright, and well organized. Most of the store appeared well stocked with a wide variety of products. One thing that stood out was the Meta glasses display...they had an entire wall with different styles to choose from. The LEGO section was decent, not huge, but still around 10-15 different sets available. The computer section was solid; all units were powered on and there was a good range of options, from budget friendly laptops to higher end models with all the bells and whistles. One small disappointment was the car audio section. The selection was very limited, only one radio faceplate and just a handful of speakers to choose from. Customer service, however, was great. In every department we walked through, an employee checked in to see if we needed help, which we really appreciated.

Drove 30mins across town to get a stove. And this was the only location that had it in stock. Which is fine. But when I went to pay. They asked if I wanted to buythe Best Buy Total protection. I respectfully declined and said no thank you. Don't want anything additional. Paid for product. They told me my total. Went outside. Loaded up and headed home. When i got home. Took the receipt and put it into my filing cabinet. Then noticed they added a $1 fee (donation) to the Best Buy Foundation teen tech. Now I don't mind donating that $1. I do donations every year during the holidays from clothes to food to gift cards and also forth. But what pisses me off is that they DID NOT ASK to add it and snuck it in. From what I was told by legal console friends is that adding unauthorized items to a bill is illegal and can be considered fraud or misrepresentation. I even double checked with my wife as we both was with the cashier in the appliance section if the 2 people there asked. And she said no. Take it as you will. Just wanted to make sure during the holidays this doesn't happen to others. It was $1 for me but who knows it could be more than that for others without the customers consent

My stove stopped heating past 350 degrees, and the technician's diagnosis "that the membrane was damaged from "excessive heat" rather than normal wear and tear" felt unsupported given that I had photographic evidence from my 2021 and 2025 home inspections showing the panel's appearance had never changed. I felt my evidence and concerns were being dismissed. However, I'm updating my review because the owner personally reached out to me to discuss the situation. she listened, took my concerns seriously, and committed to making it right by covering the repair. That kind of accountability and customer care goes a long way. While the initial experience was rocky, the owner's willingness to step in and resolve the issue speaks well of the company's integrity. I appreciate businesses that stand behind their customers when it counts. Hopefully this is a sign of the service others can expect going forward. To add to that, this is the only company with great reviews AHS has in their vendor list. If you get them you are lucky. If they were not one of the verndors, I was going to cancel my home warrenty. Why pay for warrenty that you can never use when you need it.

Reply to the owner; Response to Ronald M., Business Owner of…read moreElite Pro Appliance Mr. M., Thank you for your response, although it contains several factual inaccuracies that need to be addressed immediately. The technician, Danny, spent barely three minutes looking at the washer. He did not dismantle anything nor did he "check your unit thoroughly" as you claim. He simply looked at the machine and then left, which is why I immediately had to chase down AHS for any information--because Danny refused to give any details and did not even wait to locate the model or serial number on the appliance. Your assertion that "the inspection revealed damage consistent with overloading or misuse, which unfortunately falls outside of what the home warranty plan covers" is, therefore, a claim based on a non-existent inspection. This appears to be a convenient way to immediately deny the warranty claim. I am aware that home warranty companies like AHS often only pay a low, flat fee to contractors, regardless of the actual cost of a large repair or replacement. It seems the moment the diagnosis pointed to a major, costly issue, you decided to extract an additional $180 from me by falsely claiming "overloading" to offset the loss you would incur from AHS's low payout. This isn't just poor customer service; it has all the hallmarks of a shady business practice. You were assigned by AHS, charged me a $125 service fee, and then manufactured a false reason for denial simply because the repair was too expensive for your business model. I will be reporting this incident--including the false claims, the ignored call-back requests, the broken Google Voice communication, and the attempted additional charges based on a fraudulent "inspection"--to the Better Business Bureau, and any relevant consumer protection agencies. I require a full refund of the $125 service fee you charged, as the service performed was a three-minute cursory glance followed by a fabricated diagnosis that wasted my time and money.
