Makes my fav drink in all of Sydney- smokey bacon old fashioned. Comes with an orange peel and a thick, crisply cooked piece of bacon. Yum! I don't even like bacon and this I friggen love.
Bar has mid to top shelf stuff. When they have mulled wine, it's amazing. Have never had a bad cocktail here. Pricey but so worth it.
Food is also upscale and scrumptious. Duck liver pate is so good, supposedly their mom's recipe. Their ravioli is outstanding but small in portion - made me want to buy a whole 'nother plate.
Love that this place has 3-4 areas each with a great vibe. Garden area in the back that feels like a bit of a nicely kept secret, high chair seating along the fancy bar for some bartender banter (the bartenders are hilarious and great at picking fun with), cabin-like living room vibe at the entryway with a fake fireplace and couch, and the front patio is sunny, leafy, and great for a warm summer's day or evening.
