My boyfriend called about a airbag part the lady he spoke with said they had one in stock. Cars stacked on top of each other and when the person finally located the truck it didn't have what he needed. Spoke with owner and he said that girl doesn't know what she is talking about. I'm having to give a 1 star because it won't let me give 0. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The red hair lady in the photo trying to hide her face, Stephanie, told me that they had a specific…read morepart that I was looking for. So I agreed to come and get it and she agreed also to let me purchase it (Because I understand that's a lot of work to pull the part and not buy it) and then if it was not the correct part, she would refund my money. I get there and she says she doesn't have the vehicle that she told me she had on the phone. But that another model has the exact same part. No worries, I decide to try that part but she was not going to allow me to see it first. But she then makes an amendment to our agreement and said that she wouldn't let him pull the part until I verified it was the correct part. A part which unless removed, you cannot see. Here's where the problem began. I then say that's not what we agreed on and she says she talked to her manager and he changed it. I then ask for her manager, she says he's gone. I hope if you are reading this you are beginning to see the BS!? Then she starts trying to ignore me and the whole time she was EXTREMELY RUDE! As if the whole thing was my fault. I mean, "The customer is NEVER right," right? Then she begins talking with another person who worked there who appeared to be the manager, and I said is that the manager? To which they both replied, "WE ARE ALL IN CHARGE." At this point I realized that it wasn't going to end well. Long story short I continue to try and reason with them to let me buy the part but they refused my money, continued to treat me like s#%! to the point where the other guy asks me, "Who are you?" Confused I reply, "THE CUSTOMER!" He gets upset and says that doesn't matter and tells me to leave. At that point I questioned whether or not it was because I'm a black man. The encounter had several racial hallmarks... the attitude (Stephanie AKA Karen), the condescending tones, the impatience, the disregard for service, the dirty looks, etc. SMH I WILL NEVER DO BUISINESS HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE... THAT YOU DONT EITHER! And oh BTW: She had the nerve to try and say, "You have a blessed day," after that... to which I simply replied, "Don't try to bring GOD into this."

Not even having brake pads on one side causing my brakes to go out on the interstate and nearly wrecking at high speeds. My mechanic exact quote was "you were sold a death trap". Then when I confronted James about the situation his response was "You should stick both your hands up your pussy and clap them together you fat ass bitch" exact quotes. Because He didn't understand why I was calling him a year later. A YEAR?!?!? A vehicle should last longer than a year buddy also, the vehicle didn't last a year. It lasted one month before it was broken down for three and I poured 2000 dollars into it. Then it runs for another month and breaks down again and I pour more money into fixing it and then a couple months down the road it breaks down AGAIN. And then I almost wreck and kill myself because out of NO WHERE my brakes finally give out due to only having brake pads on one side in the front and none in the back. It's a wonder I didn't wreck and seriously get myself or anyone else. Seeing as how the car has been running as much as it has been broken down the brakes probably would have given out sooner but here I am. On top of selling me a full blown PIECE OF CRAP or as my mechanic called it a DEATH TRAP. He wasn't apologetic, helpful or at the very least nice. He talked to me like I'm a fucking dog. From a gracious welcome by Trish, to the certified professional service from Jerry, I was more than pleased with the work performed on my Audi Q5. This hidden gem far exceeded my expectations, and they are more than fairly priced and honest. A rare combination in this day and age! They have a comfortable waiting room as well. Put this place on the top of your list.

ISSUE: Our 2012 glow plug AND engine light was lit. Shop diagnosed recommended repairs - we agreed upon the repairs and expected to get our vehicle back drivable. We picked up the vehicle- 15 minutes later the engine light coded AGAIN and we spent allot of money only to return the vehicle for diagnosis. Owner recommended we attempt VW and second diagnosis was diesel particulate- how can this be? We spent allot of time and money to get the vehicle in drivable (ie no check engine light) condition- owner suggested another new equally expensive repair - Had enough run around and brought car to the professionals who was our trusted repair team and got a repair list a mile long that European never shared or reported to us. We should never have had the glow plug repair done and we should have driven vehicle straight to a junkyard A professional will admit his errors and apologize but based on the reviews we know he will become defensive, immature, and confrontational about a review that isn't positive Beware bringing your vehicle here - it's sad when people air their opinion in public and the owner, rather than take ownership, responds like a child
