I had a problem with a clogged sewer line at my home in Groveland. Long story short. I called Parrot Plumbing and Milt came out and help me find out what the problem was. Quoted me a fair price and did the work for that price. People in this area know Milt as an honest trustworthy person who does a great job. Thanks Milt read more

This review is long over due. I have a modular home in the town of La Grange Ca. & if anyone knows about modular homes they could be a HUGE mystery. I had Parrot Plumbing out on several occasions during the remodel of both my bathrooms & they done a FANTASTIC job. Joshua himself had been out as well on a few minor issues along with the bath remodels & walked me through the process explaining in detail step by step. These guys are GREAT ! Thanks Milton for employing an AWESOME crew !!! read more

I called Parrot Plumbing At 10:00 a.m. with a serious leak at the main water supply valve. They reprioritized some other work and dispatched Josh who arrived in less than two hours and compleated the underground valve replacement in about two hours. Outstanding service and very reasonably priced. Thank you Josh and Parrot Plumbing. read more

We've used Parrot twice now and both times have been a good experience for minor repairs with our cabin in pine Mountain lake.

Parrot Plumbing provides an outstanding service. I spoke with Milt, and he was able to dispatch Joshua within two hours. The service required repair of my leaking water inlet line and I requested an added refrigerator water supply line. The end result was a superbly completed job, up to code standard, and for a very fair price. Joshua's customer service was friendly, informative, and thorough. The repair ticket had a detailed description of the services performed and tested. I highly recommend Parrot Plumbing. A five star team. read more

We had a snag in installing a new bathroom faucet last night. I called Parrot plumbing about 6:30pm and talked to Milt....he apologized for not being able to get here last night, I really would have been surprised to get someone last night! But Joshua came out first thing this morning and did an awesome job. He not only repaired the pipe but completed the installation and fixed a problem with the sink that we didn't know was a problem!!! Great guy....we will only call them from now on!! Milt and Joshua were professional, friendly and very responsive!! read more

Look, this man raises and cares for some of the crankiest birds alive, parrots. So, if these persnickety feathered critters trust him, so can you. Seriously, Milt Lake and his work partner, Scott, have completed all types of plumbing jobs for me, including everything from cosmetic fixture change outs to serious plumbing retrofits. Look up "integrity" in the dictionary, and you will find this man's photo. I unhesitatingly recommend this personable and skilled gentleman. He's "old school": he aims to do things right the first time. On one of the jobs, he would not accept payment until I "lived with it" for a few days. A Groveland local, I'm a Parrot Plumbing fan. read more

Parrot Plumbing is a life savor. Our vacation home had the main plumbing line back up on new years eve right before we were going to leave town to head home. Parrot Plumbing was the only plumber who was willing to come look at the issue. They solved the issue, and took the time to help other minor problems before we left so there would be no issues moving forward (all around 6pm on NYE). Parrot does great work, and does the job the right way! read more

They have done work for me and my neighbors, everyone is very happy. Scott is easy talking and hard working doing a first rate professional service. They are booked with a lot of business due to their reputation, patience is needed to get things scheduled and completed But well worth the wait. read more

We recently had 2 different occasions to call Parrot Plumbing and they have been awesome. Responsive and trustworthy. We will be using them in the future as well. read more

We got to our vacation / rental house on a Friday night and found there was no hot water -- tank had rusted through and was leaking. I spent the weekend trying to deal with the home warranty company (American Home Shield which was an absolute disaster, but that is the subject of another review for another time). They finally told me I could hire an outside plumber (of course they are now declining to pay for it but that is not the plumber's fault). They came by the same day to give me an estimate either to replace the hot water heater or to upgrade it to a tankless heater. As soon as I gave them the go-ahead they ordered the heater (took a little time as this is a small rural town and their supplier was completely out of stock on anything that ran on propane). We picked a convenient day to meet them back at the house. They came that afternoon on schedule and finished the job as promised the next day. Left the house exactly as they found it (except it had hot water when they left): cleaned up, took the old unit. Couldn't have asked for any more from them. read more

Parrot Plumbing has done work for us several at the two properties we own in the Groveland area. They have always been reasonably priced and have gotten the work done right the first time. We will continue to use him in the future for additional plumbing work. read more

I've been waiting since December for them to fix my plumbing. They came in February and did half of the repairs (it was done well). Since then, they have come to collect half of the money and have never returned or attempted to schedule the rest of my job. Every time I call I get the voicemail. When my call was returned, I was told to wait until next week and they would call to tell me when they could come by. Today is Thursday so I guess they aren't coming. No call. No nothing. Never in my life have I dealt with a company that doesn't give appointments. Not a very good experience. read more
