I ordered balloons and wine. 2) I added Rose wine and was charged $29.99 for it, they incorrectly delivered white wine (the cost for white is $14.99). My sister does not like white wine, that's why I ordered Rose. 3) I asked for delivery between 8a-11a but they didn't deliver till almost 3pm. While I understand that I placed the order last minute the day before, no one contacted me to say it was going to be late, nor answered my email or phone call. 4) The most important issue - the balloons look nothing like the picture i ordered from. I ordered pink and gold to have it look just like their picture. the gold numbers don't match the balloons and the balloons look like brown potatoes. I have emailed them with no response. Called but no one answers and says VM is full.

We got married on 11/24/2018 and EDP was big part of our celebration…read more First and foremost, my wife and I are very grateful for the amazing work that Liliana and her team at EDP did for our special day at Curtiss Mansion. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out for our wedding. From the very beginning till the end, Liliana has been excellent at communicating with us and flexible for our needs. Every single guest who had arrived from all over the world that day mentioned how beautiful the wedding design was at the Curtiss Mansion. We had also misplaced some very important items on the day of the wedding and Liliana found our items and made sure that we got them back safely. We thought the pricing was very fair and competitive versus the other design vendors. We would recommend this group to anyone who would love to make their special extra beautiful. Best wishes to EDP! We wish they were available in other parts of the US! Best, Arafat

We contacted Eli to ask about "whimsical" flowers, as this is my daughter's style. Not only did she…read moreknow what that meant; she provided an extremely thorough proposal with photos of everything (Another florist we consulted told us to look at her Instagram and tell us what we liked -- and everything was white!). Her prices were reasonable, and the flowers were beautiful. Only small complaint was that the corsages and boutonnieres fell apart very quickly. They were glue-gunned instead of wired. She did give us a refund for them, but when I use her for my younger daughter's wedding (and I will), I'll either insist that these items be held together with wire, or I'll just buy those elsewhere. Otherwise, we got many compliments on the flowers, and she also added extra touches we hadn't paid for, such as little bud vases on the tables for the cocktail hour.

We originally contacted Eli about the florals, after mind-numbingly searching high and low for a florist in our price range, and one who would work with us, and it was such a breath of fresh air to work with her on everything from my bouquet to the floral arch and the decor. She helped me turn my vision into reality and never told me no to any of my ideas. Even after it took MONTHS to finally sign on the dotted line after back and forth, Eli made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Because of this, we also hired her as our day-of wedding planner, but she did far more than just day-of. She made sure everything was ready, from the tables to the bridal party lining up, even helping us figure out how to get that "dip" for after the ceremony during our rehearsal. Lastly, she even worked with my mother-in-law to secure table florals for the rehearsal dinner. She set everything up, broke everything down, and even allowed us to re-use the florals for the next day in other areas of the venue. She is an absolute DREAM and the whole package. If you are searching for the right florist or planner, do not search any more!! She was even ready to scold our guests when things got a little too crazy! THANK YOU ELI for being there on my wedding day and practically a year even before that to answer all of my questions. I know it was a lot, and I could not have done it without you!!

We do events and executions of all sorts all over the nation as part of our customers mutli faceted campaigns & promotions. The great thing about my business, is that we have assembled great resources, built incredible relationships, and constantly expand our capabilites and recommended vendors/venues. Even after telling them what I do as a business, this company has proved to be one of the least professional companies I have experienced in many years. Ironically I came to them for my own wedding plans as I actually like a small space called The Cove located at the The Seaquarium. THis is an open space with no amenities, and basically a blank canvas which I considered due to my resources. Outside of being in the industry, I do expect a certain level of attention and want to do business with people who actually provide the customer service that they charge and arm and a leg for. Outside of coming back with cost of the space over $1500 than originally stated, I got no return phone calls for weeks at a time, and when they did it was with the attitude of my boss says no, we cant offer you that any more, and we forgot that we must charge for something else. Dont you know what the costs are as an "exclusive" vendor???? I never received a formal proposal, never met the owner/decision maker to-date who hides behind her help and never had the decency of introducing herself to me (her assistant was actually a nice guy and seemed embarrased over the whole thing), and obviously they have no interest in my event business moving forward which is substantial. Unfortunatley, many great venues are tying themselves up with these"exclusive" vendors that can either make you or break you. Consider this one "broken"! I am concerned the Seaquarium made a big mistake with this choice. My take on this...dont be in the customer service industry if you cant provide professional customer service! What a waste of time!!!!
