I went to her place twice, we scheduled a start date and I provided samples for her, one of which she approved. This morning I sent her a formal contract and then she informed me she might "roll up her sleeves" and do the work herself. She said she would compensate me for my time so I forwarded a bill to her Venmo account, which she provided. I sent her a reminder to pay the request. Instead of paying she chose to write a complaint to Angi's List, which is where she found me. So let's recap... She hired me, scheduled a start date, selected colors and then changed her mind. She agreed to pay for my time because she cancelled the job and then changed her mind again, and then went on the offensive by complaining to Angies List about the deal. Goodness gracious what a disgraceful human being.

Not only was it not the cut he normally has , to my surprise She shaved him so short he didn't even look like the same dog ! I asked what happened ? "She said oh maybe it was because I have a girl in heat so I just did the best I could ". I asked why she didn't let me know and I would have picked him up and done it another time. She didn't have an answer . I noticed she didn't even shave his undercarriage or cut his nails ? He didn't even smell like he had a bath ! After inspecting My dog he had 18 deep cuts all over his body 9 of them were very deep . I immediately took him the the vet for treatment. The vet couldn't believe his eyes. He asked many questions and recommended filing charges against this business. .To top it off she charged me 25.00 more than I was quoted by her husband . I can't help but think she just needed the money more than taking care of my dog. I am questioning if she even has credentials to groom dogs ! I would not recommend this place. My pet and I have not been the same since this awful experience. Please make sure you check out the place to take your pet even if you get a recommendation, don't make the mistake I made.

Recently my daughters dog cocker spaniel Ring needed physical therapy after her body shut down for an unknown reason, after her awesome veterinarian care at Color country animal hospital we knew we needed to help Ring gain her her muscle tone back and learn how to use her body properly again. With Anita's massage therapy, red light therapy, physical, and hydro therapy Ring is doing amazing we have had 6 visit's and when we go to the sessions Ring gets stronger every time, and my daughter has homework to do at home as well. Giving her a bath and trimming nails was nearly impossible for us, but the staff takes care of all her grooming needs with ease.
