The groomer (who gave off total de Vil vibes) yanked my dog by the neck, literally dragging her inside. I should have left then. I showed clear photos of how I wanted Cruze puppy cut groomed and was assured it could be done. I paid for a full groom (bath, haircut, nail trim, anal glands) -- but that's not what we got. When I picked her up, Cruze had two long shaved spots on her belly but no hair cut done, only two nails cut out of 4 paws so barely trimmed, and she was scooting frantically -- on dirt, concrete, grass. Something was clearly wrong. I messaged the groomer right away asking what happened -- no real answer, just that HE bathed her "after the anal glands" but who is He? Within 24 hours, Cruze was bleeding heavily from her rectum -- pools of blood, bloody stool -- it was heartbreaking. A $500 emergency vet visit, antibiotics, special diet, and days of worry followed. I am beyond upset. No animal should be treated this way. I would never trust this place again. I debated on writing a review, but this should be public knowledge on the lack of service. Please think twice before bringing your beloved pet here.

Her appointment was at 10:30, up until 12:50 when she was finally in the bath, she was sitting in a crate. When I finally get her back at 1:30, 3 hours later, she comes back with her hair extremely short, the hair not cut out of her ears, and the cut overall is just not fit for a golden doodle. I was very sad and disappointed to see her end result and to know she was sitting in a crate for 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Boarding a dog is stressful. It's nice to have folks that understand this and treat everybody with kindness and empathy! We called at 5:30 PM to say we were running late from the horse ride to learn that our dog had been missing the last 5 hours. WTF People? We're I not an experienced tracker and hunter Ziggy would most certainly of been a Coyote Biscuit as I came across coyotes, bobcats, and certainly mountain lion tracks as I hunted for my dog while the owners were home doing god knows what. But not looking for my dog! WTF people? I found Ziggy 12 hours after his escape in the middle of nowhere at 2:00 AM 3 miles from the kennel. If your dog is blind or lame this place could work. If your dog wants to escape, find another place.

He asked many questions and recommended filing charges against this business. .To top it off she charged me 25.00 more than I was quoted by her husband . I can't help but think she just needed the money more than taking care of my dog. I am questioning if she even has credentials to groom dogs ! I would not recommend this place.
