We're so happy with our new puppy - She is happy, healthy, spunky, and beautiful. This was my first…read moreexperience purchasing a puppy from out of state. Keisha was good to work with and she talked me though her recommendations over the phone. I was looking for a dog that would do Agility with me and I've found just that. My puppy was delivered to our nearby airport though Chaya's Confident Puppy Service which the breeder had recommend to me. She was brought to me as a happy healthy 9-week-old puppy. She's nearly 4 months old now and things are going great. We get excellent feedback at every veterinarian appointment. Kesha is slow to respond to emails, but great to work with over the phone. I don't think this is a bad thing at all, its just good to know someone's preferred method of communication. I had requested some additional puppy photos for my scrapbook, but the email got overlooked. I did have all the important information I needed with my puppy for the vet and getting her registered was easy. I would say I still prefer buying from a breeder I can visit, but given the concentration of Mini Aussie Breeders in the Mid-West/ West this worked out well.

Someone seriously needs to look into this place…read more When I brought my puppy home, he was basically skin and bones. I've had him for about a month and a half now, and while he's come such a long way, it's heartbreaking to see how scared he still is. He's great with me and the women in my family, but the second a man comes around, he completely shuts down. He hides, growls, and sometimes even tries to bite out of fear. He won't eat if people are watching him, and he's constantly on edge. It's obvious that something happened to him before I got him. Anyone who meets him can see that this isn't normal puppy behavior. No dog should be this afraid all the time. It breaks my heart knowing that someone treated him in a way that made him feel so unsafe. I don't know how anyone could do that to an innocent animal. Puppies should know love, safety, and kindness, not fear. Watching him slowly learn that he's safe now has been rewarding, but it shouldn't have been necessary in the first place. My heart hurts for all the other dogs that may still be there.
