They had me leave him in what looked like a deep freezer inside a rundown barn. It was so disturbing that I swore I would never set foot there again. Fast forward to this week when I had no choice but to go back because it was the closest option. Big mistake. I was greeted by one of the most immature and self righteous veterinarians I have ever encountered. He spoke to me like I was clueless, offered zero compassion, and managed to make an already stressful situation worse. The place is filthy, the prices are outrageous, and the attitude is even worse. If you enjoy being disrespected while your pet suffers, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive anywhere else. Zero stars if I could.

He's always exceptionally thorough, his staff is knowledgeable and helpful and each time I leave, I feel well informed about whatever issue I brought an animal in for and know that my pet has received great care and there won't need to have a follow up visit for the same issues unless I've been informed that it might be needed as can sometimes be the case with my diabetic dog. It's this dog in particular that will keep me going back to Dr Thinnes because of how thorough and knowledgeable he has been with helping me treat my Chloe and make sure she is healthy and in as optimal a shape as we can keep her.

He was knowledgeable and professional. I can't thank him enough! We are so grateful. The facility was clean and bright even during these closed hours. He did not rush us nor did he make the bill increase by spending adequate time with Quinn. We prepared ourselves for the billing outcome as we got ready to leave When he told us what we owed, we both looked at each other in shock. It was sooo affordable and much less than what we had expected for an emergency visit, exam, x-rays, and meds. We will be changing from our other vet to Dr. Francisco. Thank you so much!
