I have been driving a 1997 Saturn for 15 years and found out the subframe was rusted and unsafe to drive. I went to a few places that do this and was told it can't be fixed because of the rust. I went to Parma Care Specialist, and Ryan looked at the situation and told me it would not be worth doing. I told Ryan I was 87, disabled, and unable to afford another car. He said OK and gave me an estimate that I was satisfied with. They obtained the subframe from North Carolina, where there isn't any snow. They completed the job on time to perfection, and to my satisfaction. The Technicians at Parma C.C.S. are A.S.E. certified, as I was at one time, and I was trained by G.M. The A.S.E. stands for Automotive Service Excellence and denotes they are trained to work on different vehicles, and that means a lot to me. Whenever I go for car repairs, they see a cripple old man fumbling to get in the door, their rates go up. When you go to Parma C.C.S., they treat you with respect and get job done right the first time. I know this because I worked in the trade and highly recommend Parma Car Specialist.
I'm back on the road again. THANKS GUYS read more
