Continues to be a busy spot for ice cream! Line moves quick. Flavors are tasty, a perfect sweet treat in the summer.

Came here with B and Y. So everyone knows about Moolix and for the longest time Moolix was the only option. I was so excited to find out a new Ice Cream Parlour shop opened in Kelowna. This is definitely a treat. I shouldn't be comparing Parlour Ice Cream to other ice cream parlours outside of Kelowna. Parlour Ice Cream is way better than Earnest Ice Cream and Rain and Shine in Vancouver, it is way better than The Village Ice Cream in Calgary. It is at the same level as Marcus ice cream in Calgary. Yes this is no joke. Real tasty stuff. Portion size was super generous. I got the Lavender (top) and Pistachio (bottom). I also sampled the Whisky Walnut. I didn't wanted to get the Whisky Walnut because the flavor was quite weak. The lavender is definitely a rare flavor. It is not available everywhere. Note that Kelowna is known for their lavender farm so why not. This one was flavorful and refreshing. It had a hint of sweetness from the flower. The pistachio was delicious. If the pistachio on top and lavender at the bottom would be better. The flavor was not as strong/sharp as the lavender. It is refreshing. It was a perfect combination. They make the waffle cones in house. It was fresh and crunchy. Overall, I highly recommend coming here. They do offer a lot of flavors compared to the other ice cream places I have been to. Amazingly, they do a great job. I didn't even sample the lavender and just went with it. I am sure any ice cream flavor you get here would be 5 stars. Thumbs up to them. Yes they are WOW.

This place is located across from City Park in downtown Kelowna. During the evenings, the line could be out the door. Many locals suggested to me that this is the best ice-cream place in town, so I had to try it. I ordered their tiramisu and whiskey hazelnut double scoop in a waffle cone. It was rich and creamy, with great flavor. However, I did not see any hazelnuts in the ice cream; it just had the flavor. Also, seating is very limited inside so you have to be prepared to eat by the sidewalk outside after ordering.

Traveling local this summer, Kelowna hit a sweet spot with Parlour Ice Cream. Upon arriving in the city's touristy hot spot, we parked the car and after 3.5 hours of driving, quickly jumped out to stretch our legs. Greeted by a beautiful lake, dry sun rays and lively atmosphere -I was more than ready to relax and start my vacation. And no vacation should start without ice cream. Excellent Covid protocols in place, we responsibly lined up and entered two at a time. Initial impression, the staff members were all attentive, they were all wearing mask (5/5 right there!) and all the flavours were clearly displayed in the center of the store. I ordered a Salted Caramel (their popular choice) and my boyfriend ordered Key Lime Pie, both on a waffle cone. Final review, it was a smash. The flavours were delicious, texture smooth and portion wise, exceedingly generous (they pack it deep inside the cone)! It felt more like 2 scoops instead of 1. I highly recommend it and regret not returning for a 2nd round !

This ice cream shop is probably one of my all time favourites! A must go to stop in Kelowna. The portions are massive, the flavours are delicious and it was quick service despite the line that went down the road. I tried both the Chocolate Peanut Butter and the Cookies n' Cream. This was a meal and half, my large bowl was overflowing with the scoops. The Cookies n' Cream tasted like it was made with whipped cream it was so decadent and tons of cookies pieces. The Chocolate Peanut Butter was actually Peanut Butter ice cream with chocolate shavings mixed in. From the street, you could smell the fresh cones being made inside which made your mouth water in anticipation. Great location right on the water and next to many other restaurants. Just make sure you save room for Parlour's ice cream!

Parlour has really delicious ice cream. I love that they make all their ice cream from scratch as well with local ingredients. They had quite a few flavours, and have some dairy free options. The interior is very nice, and is in an ideal location (across from Hot Sands Beach!). The service wasn't the best--- the staff looked young and seemed inexperienced with customer service. If you wanted to sample the flavours, they seemed very hesitant and almost upset that you would ask such a thing; it kind of brought the vibe down for me because as a first timer, I was curious to try their flavours, but after seeing how they were treating other people who asked for samples, I didn't bother. I settled for their matcha (wish I got to sample it); it wasn't my fave but I really enjoyed their cofee and chocolate combo that my friend shared with me. It was delish! Besides the service, the ice cream was excellent. It had such an interesting texture that was thick and creamy- something I have never had before! I will definitely be back here when I visit Kelowna again. Hope the service is a little better the next time around!

Came here with my daughter the ingredients are locally sourced the the ice cream is made in house and the staff are great. My daughter got a kids size ice cream for free. The key lime pie is like key lime pie in ice cream form. The cookies and cream was like Oreo ice cream and the house made waffle cones were great. Make the trek and grab a cone

Decent ice cream place but could be better. A bit on the pricier side but considering that it's Kelowna's downtown and it's a pretty touristy place the price is still reasonable. The pistachio is good, whiskey flavour is nice too. I really liked the lavender, nice flavour and great scent. The matcha was a bit disappointing, the colour looked like mint and when I had it, it tasted nothing close to matcha or even green tea. Barely any flavour. Pretty fast and decent service. Clean and nice interior. Would come by if I'm around but would come all the way here just for it. It does satisfy my ice cream craving though.

This is my favorite ice cream parlor in the entire world. I'm from California, visiting Kelowna, and this place has won me over. First of all, the ice cream is amazing. It is made on site with the pure simple goodness of local ingredients. There are great flavors, and they are delicious. There are also sprinkles for the kids. The coffee is also amazing. As if that's not enough, the owner, Omar, is a great guy. Every time we've gone in (yes, we've been in more than once; many times; many many many times), every time we go in, Omar hangs out and talks with us. He gave us local recommendations and also just shared with us about life. Super friendly. Super delicious ice cream. PARLOUR ICE CREAM is a KELOWNA MUST DO. Eat here, or you've missed one of the beautiful gems of Kelowna.

Free cones for kids 3 and under.

Best ice cream in Kelowna, hands down. Some of the best quality and with a pretty solid price. Easy to get tubs for later as well.

Great homemade in house ice cream. Awesome waffle cones. I recommend the mint choc chip or peanut butter chocolate.
