I had a waffle bowl with tiramisu and it was really good , quite sweet like actual tiramisu. Unfortunately, it didn't really stand out to me. The whiskey flavor was barely noticeable, and while the texture had a nice handmade, slightly chewy feel, the overall taste was just okay. There were plenty of other flavors to choose from, but none really caught my attention. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to have this again.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: The wife and I came here after our dinner and was feeling ice creamy. Parlour is the go-to but we wanted to try something different. I was kind of expecting a lot because the Google reviews for this place are like a 4.8.... It's honestly just a convenient place to get froyo if you're in the area and can't sleep because the sun is still out. The froyo isn't amazing though. They have quite a few flavors, but I usually only get plain flavor. I know it's A little boring, but I like to add fresh fruit and it's like a fresh fruit gelato or something. Anyway, this place didn't offer plain, so I put little dollops of blueberry, mango and strawberry cheesecake inside my cup to try. They were all decent flavors.... Artificially flavored of course, but what you'd expect. The topping bar had a bunch of gummy candy, cookies and some refrigerated things like berries. I pretty much loaded up on berries and they were delicious, but I was a little taken aback when my froyo cup came out to $9. There were quite a few groups or pairs of teenagers coming in here before they closed at 9. On my way out I saw that they offer 25% off froyo if you get a car wash. That's nice. The person who rang me up was rather young. And nice. There are a few tables outside too. It seems like a cool place to hang out. Haha.

The dinky sign is attached to the gas station sign so it makes it appear like its a little ice cream/milkshake shop inside a dirty gas station - BUT ITS NOT!! its great for when your travelling back from Kelowna, its on the same side of the road so its easy to pull into and easy to get out of. Theres outside seating so we were able to enjoy our milkshakes while the doggies got a break from the car. They have probably 60 flavours - I picked the gluten free "sticky chocolate" - chocolate with rich chocolate swirls - as a milk shake. The small is $4.47 and the large is $5.50 so might as well get the large .. lol They have a full listing off all of their gluten free icecreams as well as a description. They also serve "soft serve" in 20 flavors and make their own ice cream parfaits to go (and ice cream sandwiches!) also, its split with a pizza shop - slices 2 for $5 - so good!! a must stop for people travelling back to Calgary from Kelowna!

I told her that I only had cash on me, and she refused to sell my a sandwich! In this day and age of Covid, when the vast majority of companies are desperate to keep customers, to be turned away because they wouldn't take my $20. bill is a little ridiculous. I didn't need any change back. That is extremely poor customer service. Seriously? Put a disposable glove on to take my $20.00 bill and wash it if you are that worried about catching Covid from a $20. bill. To refuse to sell a sandwich to a customer because you don't want to take a bill, is just mind boggling. This happened in October 202, so it was not in the beginning phases of the Covid pandemic when people were nervous. Lobster Pot, I am SO disappointed in you! I will certainly never be back.
