Three employees were standing nearby, and when I struggled with the door, one simply said, "Yeah, it does that for a few seconds." I waited, tried again, and still couldn't get it open. Despite clearly having difficulty, none of the staff offered to help. Frustrated, I went to the checkout with fewer items than I had intended to purchase. When the cashier asked if that was all, I explained that I couldn't get the other door open. Her response was simply, "Okay, your total is..." without any attempt to assist or address the situation. The ice cream is great, but customer service matters too. A simple offer to help could have turned this into a positive experience.
