Bathrooms and showers were clean, service was extremely friendly when we kept changing our mind on which spot we wanted to be at. We especially liked how there were different levels of spots and one could feel extremely different from another. The first night, we stayed at the top. The second night, we went down to the bottom and the kids had more room to run around. Facilities could use a little upgrade though. The gym had one ragged yoga mat. And the jacuzzi was chipping away. Overall, we would definitely come back if we're in the area.

We had a somewhat of an unpleasant encounter with another rv-er who seems to be long stay. We did not want to be next to that person for our stay. October 10, 2025 - Cayucos, CA…read more Have stayed here many times over the years. The available sites are tucked in among the permanent residents, which can feel a bit odd depending on your spot. Perched on a hill overlooking the town and the ocean, the park offers some wonderful views--if you're lucky with your site. You might get a beautiful view of the ocean and town, or you might be staring at the side of a neighboring trailer. When booking, you can choose between an ocean view, partial ocean view, or no ocean view--and you'll pay accordingly. Just a short walk to the beach and town. Many restaurants, antique shops, and places to grab a drink. And there is always the beautiful Cayucos dog-friendly beach waiting for you. A solid go-to for us when visiting the central coast.
