Before I met Drew I spent so much time on Yelp contacting other pet sitters in the area and they all seemed like they were mostly dog-oriented and just tolerated cats and would be only dropping by to make sure my cats were alive. Then I contacted Drew and I knew right away she was special - she actually adores cats and her primary concern is getting to know your cats' individual needs and quirks and providing the best comprehensive care possible while putting your mind at ease with daily checks-ins and photos. (She also owns a photography business and you can hire her for an epic pet photo session!) Drew regularly takes care of my guys, whether I'm busy for one day or away for a longer trip. Under anyone else's care, I'd worry about their individual dietary and behavioral needs - I have a picky older cat with anxiety and urinary issues, a goofy black cat with a sensitive tummy and a history of eating inedible objects and getting the occasional ear infection, and a young, spunky one-eyed cat who once had an injured leg. Not only has Drew gotten to know each of their personalities and connected with them like they're her own pets (they greet her at the door), she has expertly attended to their occasional extra needs and has on multiple occasions taken the time to talk me through my concerns about their issues. In addition to being a cat owner herself, Drew has experience working at clinics and rescues and volunteers her time at a cat sanctuary so I thoroughly trust her input and consider her a valued care companion and part of our pet family. My cats (and I) absolutely adore Drew and there's just no better feeling when you're away than total peace of mind that your fur family is receiving the best possible care. 5 stars, 10/10. I told her I wanted a "summer cut," and instead of just assuming she knew what I meant, she immediately asked, "What is a summer cut to you? Because to me, that could mean something completely different." That one question said so much about the way Julie approaches her work. At every appointment, she genuinely listens to what we're looking for and offers suggestions that always seem to perfectly align with what we're trying to achieve. She pays attention to the little details and takes getting it right seriously. She'll even have the front call during the groom if she comes across an area where she wants to double-check how we'd like it cut rather than just making an assumption. That level of care and communication is something we had never experienced with another groomer. But what means the most to me is the way Julie is with Pearl. Pearl is a Goldendoodle with a lot of emotions, and grooming has never exactly been her favorite activity. Before Julie, I could immediately tell when I picked Pearl up that she had been absolutely miserable. Now, when I pick her up after seeing Julie, she's bouncing around, happy, and genuinely seems at ease. The difference in her demeanor is incredible, and as her owner, that means everything to me. After searching for so long, I can't say enough good things about Julie. She listens, communicates, pays attention to every detail, and most importantly, has earned Pearl's trust. If angry woman behaves like that in front of customers, how does she behave behind closed doors? BIG RED FLAG. I sent a very long email to the manager expressing my concerns, especially regarding angry employee who choked my dog; the manager said he was aware of the situation, and in so many words, considers it tolerable. I told manager we wouldn't be back under those circumstances and he said he understood (but wouldn't do anything about it.) Daycare facilities like Dogtopia have video on at all times and a screen in lobby so you can see what's going on with your dog, and you can see what inside of facility looks like as well. And you can download their app to watch remotely, assuring your dog is safe, facility is clean and acceptable, and staff is behaving appropriately and professionally. I wish the management at Busters would take my concerns seriously and make necessary improvements and let go of staff who have anger management issues and don't behave professionally. I'd be happy to bring my dog back to Busters if necessary changes were made.

My main concern was our dogs not being comfortable with the rotation of different pet sitters, so I expressed that concern with Janet and figured out a plan to prepare our dogs. We ended up booking walks for our dogs to meet with the different sitters they may encounter during our vacation. Each walker/sitter we met was equally friendly and our three German shepherds had no issue with either one of them. We received reports after each visit, which we appreciated. What I do appreciate most about Lucky Buddy Petcare is that we're not dependent on one person's schedule while planning. The booking process is super easy through their website. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a pet sitting company!

I am grateful to have found Janet and her team to walk and stay overnight with my smart, loving and rambunctious Aussie, Jake. Jake loved his walks and especially enjoyed his time with Janet and Kathleen when they stayed with him when I went on my first trip in years because I would not board him. I told my friends I thought he was two-timing me because he was so happy and relaxed when I arrived home. I also had a dog walker come every day at Janet's suggestion while I was away and I truly appreciate the time and care these young women gave to Jake during that time and his regular walks. Sadly, Jake is no longer with me. He was only six years old but he had a medical condition that was lurking, unknown and undiagnosed until it suddenly appeared shattering my world. My first call was to my friend, a retired vet, who told me the likely diagnoses. My second call was to Janet who told me where the best ER animal hospital was located and provided additional emotional support. Janet continued to reach out and check to see if I was alright after I had to make a pet owner's most dreaded decision. She is not kidding in her business info when she says she will be there for you.

She was so thoughtful and helped us make sure Bianca could get as much nutrition as she could, without making us feel bad if Bianca didnt finish her food. For an extremely picky eater, Bianca liked the novelty of the food ideas and I highly recommend coming to foothill for basic check ups as well! The staff and vets are all very professional. Unfortunately Bianca passed last June from complications not directly related to her CKD. But i'm always grateful for all the help that Foothill provided

The veterinarians on the other hand, are excellent, gentle, and take their time with our pets. The vet techs likewise are amazing, skilled, and caring with our pets as well.

I've never gotten stitch back from his haircut and not have to treat cuts and razor burns. Genaro was the first person to give me what I asked for and managed not to cut stitch or give him razor burns. So thank you so much! Second, I had an emergency fumigation done at my home and had to be out of the house for about 4-5hrs including pets. Luckily I would be able to be at work but having to find my dog and 2 cats a sitter was nearly impossible until I asked Genaro. He was willing to take them for the day while my husband and I where at work and saved us from having to have one of us call out from work and drive around with them in a car all day. Such an exceptional experience that I'd definitely be going back and recommending to everyone. Price wise, he's affordable.
