I went to take my Yellow lab to Bow Wows . When I went to pick him up after 2 nights it looked as if my dog wanted to stay longer. He kept looking back to Vickie's house . I am new to the area and needed to board my 12 pound small dog. I was looking for a place that was safe, loving, clean. I was lucky to have found Vicky at Bow Wow's. I visited and met Vicky who really is a pro at this. She is calm and experienced. The site is clean and clean smelling. I picked up my dog and he was calm and clean with out being washed and was not overly dirty from cooped up kennels (I have had experience with other kennels where my dog was doused with cleaner). We decided last minute to look for a boarder for our 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy. We had friends who offered to watch her, but she was going through her crazy puppy teething phase... and we liked our friends too much to leave her with them for a week. Vicky was available when I called, which I didn't expect since it was almost 7pm. She was NOT intimidated by a teething puppy. I got the immediate feeling that she could handle whatever our puppy could dish out. We visited and picked up the paperwork. We left for a week a few days later. I had boarded a dog before, but my husband had never. And this was HIS pup. He was heartbroken to leave her with "a stranger". Vicky told us we could call every day, if we wanted, and she would send photos, too. On day 2 of our vacation, I requested a photo. She sent a fun video of our pup playing with her new bestie. My husband was fine after that. When we picked up our pup- she was wiped out. I had warned my husband that dogs are exhausted after being boarded. They play way more than usual. Sure enough, our poor girl couldn't lift her head or stand up straight. She could even wag her tail. After a long night's sleep, she was back to her old self. And Vicky called my husband to check on her the next day. Big points for Vicky for that extra caring gesture. My husband is sold. We would recommend Vicky to anyone. She cares about the doggies. OMG so Ill start off by saying that I usually leave my dog with friends and family only! So I am a little careful and scared. But after seeing all the great reviews Bow Wow pet boarding had I felt more at ease to give her a shot. I am so grateful and appreciative I did! The lady was so accommodating every step of the way. I am so thankful to Vicky at BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! I am the kind of dog mom that puts my 2 boys Doug and Rusty (dachshunds) above myself. I set my house up so that THEY are happy and comfortable. I have a low bed,, doggie ramps everywhere and there are dog toys all over. I would say that they are a little spoiled I only trust a few people with my dogs. I recently moved to Fair Oaks. I searched online for pet sitting and called Vicky, the owner of Bow-Wow pet sitting and boarding. I asked many questions. I then looked at her reviews on Yelp and decided that I would give her a call back. She was able to take my dogs the next day. She was so great! My dogs were barking and have separation anxiety. I immediately felt comfortable with Vicky. She is very kind and obviously loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly - she can separate dogs if necessary but still see them, they are not locked away in a closed room. She had a big wonderful yard to play in. When I picked up my boys they were happy and not stressed. Now they WANT to go there! Even though I'm done moving I intend to to take them to Vicky's at least once a week because they love her and I don't take them in the car and leave them when running errands. Very disappointed with the conditions of this location and decided I wouldn't feel the place was safe for a dog.

I was in a bind with it just a couple of days before Xmas and my usual boarding option wasn't able to take my two buddies during my short getaway. Vickie was able to squeeze me into the schedule and take care of my guys. She is super helpful and accommodating and it is comforting to me to know they got plenty of attention while I was away. Other boarding options would make you pay extra for things line 15 minute visits. My dogs got round the clock attention and even got to even sleep in the room/bed with the people there, who made my dogs feel like they were in a home away from home. I rescued a dog last Thursday, but since I work full time, I had to look for doggy day care asap. I just couldn't leave Remi (chihuahua mix) in a crate all day. I found Bow-Wow Pet Sitting on Yelp, and enrolled Remi into doggy day care while I'm at work. He loves it! He runs right outside to play with the other dogs as soon as he gets there. He's excited to go there in the mornings and he's exhausted when I pick him up. He even sleeps on the ride home. There are a variety of dogs, but they all seem to get along. Vickie is great! She is very flexible with drop off/pick up times and her prices are very reasonable, too! I think it's worth every penny. Hi, Just moved to the Roseville area and was not too sure about boarding our dog Toby while on vacation. Found Vickie on the internet and saw that she had great reviews. When I called and left a message, Vickie called back within 10/15 mins and agreed to look after Toby while we were away. The cost was very reasonable and Toby was looked after very well. As soon as he arrived home he went to bed and started snoring so he must have been very active before I picked him up.
