Book these guys for my wedding. Guys were OK but the service department was trash. I signed a contract to pay upfront for service and gratuity. Paid everything up in full. Read the quote through doc you sign. Once I okayed the quote threw Doc-U-Sign that document was retracted. He "Kindly" resent one for me to sign with the "same amount"The only thing was that in the fine print it says that they will charge another 20% gratuity fee upon completion of the job. I was out paying another $250 of gratuity after I initially paid for it. Be careful buyer beware!! read more

Parking pros was great! I used them for a private home wedding in Santa Barbara. They handled shuttles for the guests and also the valet service. Communication with them was seamless and I was able to make last minute updates close to the event when we had some minor changes. On the day of the shuttle drivers communicated with me when guests were picked up from the hotel and on their way to the venue. At the end of the night they were very prompt with pickup and flexible with a few drop off changes. With private homes, parking can always be tricky. I am so thankful for the parking pro valet staff. They were able to manage all of the parking hiccups for staffing, guests and vendors as soon as they arrived. I didn't have to worry about a thing!! Thanks again for making our day smooth! read more

This is a racket. The most dishonest people I've ever seen. Our venue gave us no choice but these crooks. I have been to this venue several times before and weeknught events usually wrap up by 11-11:30, so to be on the safe side I asked for valet until midnight. At midnight we had a few cars left on the lot, mostly the bride and grooms family and vendor. Without letting anyone know, they decided to go to overtime mode. Guess what: That means instead of charging $35/Hr, they decided to charge $100/Hr. Who has ever heard of such an overtime rate? They charged me nearly $500 extra for that one hour extra. And to put salt on the wound, they add 20% mandatory gratuity to the $100/Hr rate! I called the owner, Johnny to try to rectify this. He was cold and heatless and didn't care. There are a lot of parking service companies. If you have a choice, stay away from these crooks. read more

Trust me I wanted to give them 5 stars, I chose a wedding venue that recommended two other valet parking companies. During Covid it was difficult to plan a wedding. I saw the website of the parking pros and was impressed, I spoke with Jonathan to get a quote for our venue. They were not one of the recommended vendors. He insured me that they were professionals and they had college students that worked for them. Based on the website I was disappointed with their services, their pictures of the valet staff was not clearly came out to our venue. Pros: Owner was very responsive and communicated with us. Prices were competitive with others. They found a place for our guest to park and handle it. Cons 1. The drivers were not wearing their polo shirts. 2. One of the three vans we had shuttling our guest to the venue had his girlfriend along for the ride. 3. Two of the three drivers were on the phone getting directions with on hand on the phone the other on the steering wheel. This was scary for our guest as we had the venue up a very high mountain of Malibu and the road were narrow and cliff like. 4. The drivers literally pick ups the guest and drops them off. They do not get out to assist the guest to ensure they are safe. We had one guest fall out and scrape her knee and hurt her hand as she fell forward. 5. We got the approval of OT of an hour for our guest to have the last run at 12:00. The one driver that came back at 11:10pm refused to stay and "acted like he couldn't speak English". We had someone translate and he pretty much said he was not staying any longer. The driver had guests in his van as he tried to drive away with the DOORS OPEN. This was not safe for our guests. The other driver that returned parked in front of him and he was able to tell him that we paid for the OT and that they will stay. The driver didn't care he wanted to leave. He argued with me for about 10 minutes. When he said that he was leaving and not coming back I had to run and get the guest to leave as we did not have a way to get all our guest back down the mountain. It ended before the 12 however, we didn't have a choice. When I got this message the next morning "We hope the wedding was amazing. Our drivers stayed 1 hour overtime last night. You will see another charge from us for $549.00. That is for the additional hour and the gratuity. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you!" I responded with the exact information I wrote above. I was very disappointment that our guest felt unsafe and did not have a good experience with these drivers that worked at our event. However, one of the three was good. He was professional and respected the customer. One was rude and the other had his girlfriend in the van. The owners reply was that he would get back to me the next day. The next day, he tells me this "After speaking with the driver it seems that he was stressed out and tired after a 14 hour day. Nonetheless, he should have acted more professional and been more attentive. I am going to process a refund for his portion of the gratuity in the amount of $125.00. We thank you for your business and hope this helps. I hope you have a wonderful week!" I hope this reviews can help you.
