When I was dropped off told to be picked up at a door which I later found out was not the door although I followed the directions on the yellow ticket. O zero stars for NIGHTMARE pickup on arrival at nearly 2 am although they said no problem for this hour pickup at departure. Waited one hour for a shuttle that allegedly runs every 20 minutes. I could have been at home by now. Traveling is tiring enough without this run-around. Landed before midnight. Pickup at 1:36 am. Had to call four times. Barely makes sense due to language barrier. I would give them less than one if I could. They are so unorganized. Don't even have the bus they say they do. My flight landed and I got my luggage. Still waiting on they ass to pick me up. They have one van. This my fault for not doing better with my dollars. Y'all don't go to this place unless you got Time to be waisted. We waited for the shuttle from the airport for nearly an hour at 5:30 pm. It was 22 degrees and windy - and the waiting area is outside. The worst part is that the company DOES NOT ANSWER the phone. We got our luggage, called the number, and it just went to voice mail. I finally texted. I was then told "10 minutes," and that was after we were waiting a long time already. It was about 35 minutes more before the van showed up. All the other parking company shuttles had cycled through a number of times - most have a van already parked and waiting. Not this lot. The van finally arrived and the driver tried some nonsense about "he must have just missed us." I showed him the texts and phone logs and he shut up. We were stranded because they also take the keys (even thought it's not valet), so we couldn't even take a cab to the lot. There are many other options that are a dollar or two more, or the same price. I would never park here again. Beware. read more

It is hard too find great customer service but he takes customer service to a higher level . We will definitely use this location from here on out when we go out of town !! My husband and I would not recommend this place! We dropped the car off, when we booked it asked when you would be dropping and picking off. When we came back to Midway, driver said he would be there in 10 min, took 25 min, and THEN we get to the lot and are car is sandwiched in. I guess some of the cars are self park and some aren't. Why this makes any sense I do not know, so we had to wait for them to get a tow truck and tow a car around us so we could get out. Damage to my vehicle. The staff was completely disrespectful. Wouldn't give me my keys until I tipped and he no where near deserved it. As well as hanging up on me. When asked to speak to the top manager. Tried stopping the shuttle bus because we told him we talked to someone about being late due a flight cancellation and we were told we weren't getting charged and still charged us and wouldn't offer change or anything. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. This guy needs to be retrained or get another job. His people communication skills are at an all time low. read more

I found this recently open location with new owner. Parked my car at here for 2 days. Great price and friendly service! Also love the shuttle service to midway airport. Location it's fenced in with lots of lighting. I felt safe leaving my car here. read more

Very near Chicago Midway. The guy taking us to the airport was wonderful...prompt, courteous, and friendly. Seeing that I am a 75 year old female with mobility problems due to bad knees and a bad shoulder, he put out steps to help me easily board. He told me to wait until he put out the steps once we got to Midway. He loaded our luggage from our car to his van. He would get 5 stars!!!! Coming back after return pick-up at Midway was a completely different story. The gal that picked us up was too lazy to carry the removable step stool to the side door...it was sitting at the front of her van. I was still 75 and still had mobility problems causing my husband to struggle to get me into the van on our return 5 days later. Unbelievable!! A man came from the little office to help me get out, and asked if I wanted the step stairs. I was able to make it out and down easier than in and up, so I told him I could manage. The gal walked to our car, but did not even lift our small carry-ons into our car. I hope she wondered why we gave a nice tip to the guy on the trip to the airport but gave her nothing. She was a joke!!! She would get 2 stars at best. However, with the proximity to the airport and the speedy service, I will give 4 stars overall, even though the last time we used this lot it was managed by Way and cost way less than half of what it does now. read more
