But the staff at Airways Parking came through for us!!!Everyone kept putting their own battery chargers on our vehicle and eventually (3hrs later) our vehicle was back to running great!!! The staff kept giving us water bottles to hydrate and never gave up trying to help us! We've been parking our vehicle here for many years and will continue in the future!!!

Midwest SpeedPark was highly recommended by other Yelpers and now I see why. First of all, I love the communication. Upon booking your timeslot, you instantly get an email and text confirming your booking. You can even manage your booking if anything changes such as dates, times, or even if you're running a little bit late. Upon arrival, I love how the property is gated and you cannot get in there without a code. Cool points already as I felt my car would be secure since we had to leave it for 6 days. Once we got there, you scan a code to confirm you're there and an attendant comes out and greets you. He started unpacking our luggage to transfer them to the shuttle that would take us to the airport and then parks our car. You get a receipt to keep. After we got back from vacation and got all our luggage from baggage claim, you simply click on the link that they text you to let them know you're back and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. They will let you know which door to wait at. Once we got back to the Midway SpeedPark property, our car was ready as they already put it near the front, ready to be loaded with the luggage. It was such a seamless process that I was very impressed! I will definitely be using them again on future vacations. Please make sure to tip your driver generously as they do a great job.

The turnstile takes NFC payments making it a breeze to pay. I did hear on the loudspeaker a staff requesting a passenger to pay and that they were on video?!? The ride into Chicago downtown was surprisingly jerky. Signage at the platform indicating the next train was misleading as it changed at the last minute. Standing for the duration of the ride was challenging due to the jerky braking and the jerky acceleration...maybe it's cultural?

The big point of difference back then was you were able to walk on minutes before the flight and they would wait for you if you were running late because of bad traffic. Well, both of those benefits are gone. You now have to arrive 1/2 before the flight and the doors close 10 minutes before it leaves. Also, even if you call in and let them know you'll be arriving just before departure, due to traffic in Chicago, they will not let you on even if the plane is still their. So, essentially, they are just another airline. Sad.

O zero stars for NIGHTMARE pickup on arrival at nearly 2 am although they said no problem for this hour pickup at departure. Waited one hour for a shuttle that allegedly runs every 20 minutes. I could have been at home by now. Traveling is tiring enough without this run-around. Landed before midnight. Pickup at 1:36 am. Had to call four times. Barely makes sense due to language barrier. Never again with these people.
