I was so excited to have Parker's to come to Springfield, Ga , I'm the type that I will sit back and make excuses for stuff , I don't like to downgrade , but I've run out of excuses, I love Parker's tea , been in there. 3 times no tea made , one time they had no ice , cashiers standing around not even caring , 2 nd favorite potato wedges, I've got them when they were bad and when there great but today was way off , they tasted like I was eating flower on a half uncooked potato greasy is a understatement, the floors are always sticky around the drink station , it breaks my heart cause I know how they can be , please help this store , I'm on disability and I don't get the privilege of eating out often , then I get this and can't even eat it is sad . read more

A bit crowded for Covid times. Structure... no doors on bathrooms to open as the setup of the bathroom doesn't need it. They are large and have motion flushers, sinks and dryers. Exceptionally friendly staff at this location. If you like quick chicken fingers, livers, gizzards, sides (green beans, mashed taters, Mac n cheese) to pick or not and drink to pick or not. I bought a $6.41 Parker's breakfast bowl and I left the store and my charge went through on my bank and it was 25.68. I called the store and explained I have a receipt of both transactions and that a mistake had to have happened and all she did was tell me to call corporate because they couldn't find my transaction on their POS system... lol. It just so happened to be that I was in a hurry so I didn't watch the transaction go through on the kiosk, first time ever not doing that... seems really shady and they were not kind at all. read more

After stopping at a Parker's in Statesboro the other week I was so disappointed because they didn't have the signature lemonade... So I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this location and they have it!!! In my opinion Parker's lemonade is better than Chick-fil-A! This location is new and clean. They also have a food bar and tables and chairs for seating. The bathroom are in excellent condition and the customer service was good! The store sits just past the Waffle House. I would highly recommend if coming through the area traveling. read more

I have been a custom of Parkers for better than 15 years. They have earned my business through the cleanliness of the stores, prices and locations. I also understand in "these times" its hard to find and retain good help. But nothing wants me to take my business elswhere when you have a rude unattentive worker! The" I dont want to be here" attitude. I was cominig Hilton Head Island last night aroudn 9:30 decided to stop at the parkers on the Island at Marshland rd and 278. I pulled up got out and the employee was outside having a smoke. So I went in got my drink waited for him to finish his smoke bc thats way more important finally comes in im standing there how are you doing tonight I asked? now reply ,he says 22.52 I ask for lottery tickets also, i mean I dont know what this guy was going through personally its not my problem but I think the employee is the "front line" of the reflection of a business! He was just border line in your face if I would have challenged his attitude and believe me I felt like saying if your that miserable go find anotherjob! But it was late I didnt want to set this idiot off! But i can tell you he's not far away from getting Greg Parker in a law suite wiht his attitued given the right person. I have experienced this at other locations at varous times and just blew it off but something about last night screams this guys is unstable! Traveling from Cleveland Tn, I stopped and filled my car with gas. I went inside to use the restroom and get some snacks, my wife asked if she could get some water to fill her Yeti cup and was told it would be $.35. I proceedEd to pay for my snacks when I realized it was self checkout----reall!y!! I have to pay for tap water and you want me to check myself out after I had just paid for the tank of gas!!! Before heading North, I had to fill up and there was a Shell station just off the I-16. So, in large letters they have the price at 2.659. But in much smaller letters, it says CASH. So, I ended up filling at 2.759 a gallon. I went inside to get some munchies, and the clerk, presumably the wife of the owner, greeted me politely. Add upon checking out, she was also nice enough. The store itself isn't in bad shape. But it's not in great shape either. So, between the higher price for gas, and that is a reason for only a 3-star rating. read more

They have recently placed self serve kiosks in their stations. Even with nobody in line the cashier will refuse to wait on you and get snarky when you state you don't want to use the kiosk. I went in after purchasing gas to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. It was obvious that bathroom had not been cleaning in awhile, I needed to use but it was too nasty. These bathrooms should be checked hourly. I was going to purchase food but after seeing bathroom, no way. read more

I like Parker's but what they are doing with these self checkouts is infuriating. Most people are buying to tobacco, alcohol or lottery so they will need a store associate anyway. They have 2 or 3 behind the counter to direct you how to use the checkout machine. I hate going in now but options are limited around here. read more
