Drive thrus are great. Drive thru pharmacies? Awesome. Sometimes, and by sometimes I mean after work, leg day, or due to pregnancy, you just don't want to get out of your vehicle. Am I right???? (Just nod your head yes). Of course if you come here when everyone else does, you'll be sitting in a line. There's just no way around it. When it's my turn, I've always had very pleasant and efficient service. Stopped by CVS to pick up some chips. I was in a real hurry and I got in and out fast. Great customer service. The man behind the counter on two separate occasions has helped me find the best deal for my dollar. Happy people are so hard to find these days. Walgreens is right across the road, but CVS has great customers service. Even though I don't use those dollar automated DVD rental machines they do have one at this CVS. read more

Anyone that gives a bad review of this pharmacy is either an idiot or a grump. I have been using these guys for over twenty years inside and at the drive thru. they all greet me by name and are always pleasant. Brenda and Karl are the best and take time to explain medications or even OTC items to help with little ailments. In all this time I have never seen or heard of anyone that has had a problem or a bad experience. It is a shame to me that one or two people with very high opinions of themselves can write a bad review about these fine people. read more

This pharmacy is terrible, they are so rude. Why work in this industry if you can't even pretend to be a personable person... Supposedly they open at 9 AM, waited in line at the window because I had to leave for a trip and they took forever to open up- passed 9 AM. Poor people in front of me, there's no telling how long they waited for, they were here when I pulled up. read more

The tall, thin gentleman that you are probably referring to is Mr. Leonard. His is ALWAYS cheerful, wonderful and helpful. I love going in there when he is there just to brighten my day! Chelsea the lovely young lady who is new to the CVS is also just as charming and helpful. I always seem to see her on a Sunday. Her fiance who owns the bike shop down on 17 before I-95 ran a breast cancer fund raiser in October so the two of them together are terrific people. Ask Chelsea when the next fund raiser will be. This past few weeks, my Rx never got filled when I used the automated phone refill request. They claim that they never got a response but the doctor never got a call from them. The doctor would have the request only after I'd call the pharmacy direct & speak with a live person. Whoever is in charge of automated phone request isn't doing a very good job....frustrating. read more

the customer service young lady was very helpful and very willing to help with a big beautiful smile, I think her name was Alaveen and her smile came after she had a very rude customer that was before me no matter how much she tried to help this rude customer would keep on yelling at her but Alaveen did a very good job still respecting her.
