They are incredibly flexible with scheduling and provide everything from short relief walks to overnight in-home stays. They put a lot of attention into hiring the right people and assigning the right walker for your dog. After our first walker with them moved away, Chad was unsure if he had the right person to take over walking our large dogs, so instead he came and walked them himself until he hired the right person. Love that. For me, I always feel at ease knowing they are taken care of properly. I like that they will over-communicate with me if I ask them to (which I do), and they never make me feel like an annoying and nervous customer (which I am). I can't recommend them enough!

My girls loved her as they would run up and greet her when she walked in the door. She earned my trust with her genuine compassion for all animals and when I saw their reaction to her. She consistently showed up rain or shine, almost always on time. If she is going to be late, she'll alway let you know. She paid close attention to each one of my dogs personalities and tried to accommodate their walks so they each would enjoy their time outside. She was flexible to last minute time or date changes and I could always call her if I needed her help outside of our arranged schedule. She takes her job very seriously and aims to make both the owners and dogs happy. She is reliable, responsible, patient, and gentle. She has a car and on hot days would drive my girls to the park so they didn't have to walk on the hot cement. This is just one example to show her consideration. She'll make sure they have plenty of water and don't overheat- which is huge for Frenchies. Her pricing is very fair and she will work with you to come to an arrangement that meets your needs. Shiloh is a German Shepherd she goes to well rounded hound 5 days a week from nine thirty to three thirty. She loves them she is standing at the door waiting. For the past three days she could not go as she was sick when Jackie and the crew heard on Monday that I was afraid as her back legs went out they were the first people I called for support as soon as day camp was finishing up they all came over on their way home to help me get her to the vet and the concern was love that they had for her. Today one of the crew who she had not seen in a while came over and she went crazy with love he had been with her since she was six months old. My love for these guys is unbelievable. My daughter lives in Boston she has a shiba and every time she comes to visit she goes to camp. My niece who lives in Washington has a dachshund comes to visit he goes too and they all cannot wait to go they remember. As time goes on we now have two new members my daughters and mine new puppies Australian shepherds my Australian Shepherd goes daily my daughters when she visits. When I go away they go to fancy pants hotel and love it. Bottom line if you want your dog to be happy, loved and taken care of the price is brilliant compared to hiring someone to walk them two times a day and not play your dog is losing out they pick them up and drop them off. We left our dog at this daycare while away on a trip and came back to him in terrible shape. While I don't think my dog was mistreated, Carol Ann failed to communicate that anything was wrong which is a huge problem. When my husband asked her if she noticed anything while there she proceeded to say "well he did have a slight cough at one point, but I called and told you". This was a complete lie, she never called him once while we were away. Since then we've had to take him to the vet twice, my dog has not been the same at all, lacks energy, is throwing up and not once has she even been sympathetic or apologetic. Instead she was defensive, rude, talked over him when he was trying to explain everything that was going on, and sounded like she was whining more than anything. We later realized that while she asked if my dog was vaccinated, she never asked for the proof and so I think she doesn't check for proper documentation- allowing anyone to leave their dog at her daycare. Lesson learned, never again.
