I had used Freedom in the past after Hurricane Milton and was pleased then, and again I am very happy with the work. It was performed in a timely fashion and the men left the job site clean with furniture back in place. Would recommend using them.

Team leader Ellis went above and beyond teaching me how to combat future rodent issues for the future to keep my barrier protected. The men were very respectful and went right to work. No dilly- dalling around. Not a scrap of debris was left on my property, which meant alot to me as owning a cleaning business myself. And they offered me a Senior discount.

Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. I sent him a text on June 20th and no response. Fast forward to today, June 26. I left him a voicemail bright and early this morning and sent a text and no response. Finding a good contractor in Florida can be a challenge, but I struck gold with Florida Anchor and…read moreBarrier. A few sections of the floor in my 2018 manufactured home felt "wonky" when I walked on them, so I called Florida Anchor and Barrier for a consult. Garrett showed me photos a couple of areas under the house where the vapor barrier had fallen and the humidity had softened the subfloor. He sent a team out and they repaired the vapor barrier and checked the rest of the house. They were very prompt, quick and efficient. Five stars for Florida Anchor and Barrier!

Maybe you should be a better mom and get a nicer place for your daughter." He also was hitting on my daughter the whole time he was there. He said I think you are 17 and if she was, he would be hitting on a minor. What a creep. I did call him an idiot but that was because of his behavior. He is very arrogant and insensitive. I am reporting this incident to every place I can. I would never use your company. NEVER and I will tell everyone the same thing. If you are willing to hire a person like that, what else is your company willing to do. Makes me sick. The lack of respect to show a person who is going through so much. By the way, my mom passed away on 9/3/24 and had left me the house in that condition. I also had to read his terrible remark while I was in the hospital for a stroke. I don't have to explain myself to anyone but God. The nerve to judge me while he was hitting on my daughter who could have been 17 but is 27. He made her feel so uncomfortable. Karma is a bitch. What comes around goes around. Thank you for the insults and making it worse of a situation for me. Life is too short for companies like yours and people like him.

I see daylight from cracks i have in my floor area where the molding I am taking off to fix. I also found when I dry my clothes the floor in another room got hot. I pulled out my dryer vent and the vent was blowing out in the space where there should be insulation!! This causes moisture where it shouldnt be. They didn't drop it out below the vapor barrier. Also there is another area that is not covered by the vapor barrier. I found out later that other companies would have been $3500-5000 for 1300 sq ft and that was with them vapor barrier, mold spray, insulating and running new ducting. I paid almost double and got VERY POOR Quality of work. I actually doubt they sprayed for mold either. This is post is much delayed because I am just now able to get my place fixed from the hurricanes last year.
