WiFi never worked either! Suzie & her grown daughter Tiffany, run this dump and do not care one ounce about you. I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. Their excuse? They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates! This is truly a Trailor trash park. From the management straight down to the overflowing dumpsters and filth and pollution all over the place. I could not get out of here fast enough! You've been warned. If you decide to take your chances, be sure to get everything in writing from them before you give them any deposit. They are lying, thieving women running this trashy park. The lot rent is well over $1000.00 a month now to live in Lake Haven and it goes up 5% every year…read more The fountains in the ponds are broken and 2 of them have been broken for years now. Lake Haven has ZERO visitor parking spaces and they WILL tow your car if you or your visitors park on the street overnight. If you have an overnight visitor you have to request a special parking pass from the office to park at the pool area and it's only good from 10:00pm to 8:00am. So that means your guests have to get up in the morning and move their cars from the pool area by 8:00am or they risk getting towed. Also, if you have a guest arrive when the office is closed and they can't get an overnight parking pass for the pool area the manager's suggestion is to tell them to park on Lake Haven Rd. In my opinion, that is a terrible parking solution that's not very convenient or safe for anyone. In addition, the one pool in Park 3 that is heated in the winter often has a broken heater or its out of propane. The plus side of living here is the location and that you can have dogs/pets.

Nice pool (always clean and serviced), quiet clubhouse with a TV room and fully stocked library maintained by a few of the tenants. The office staff have always been happy and kind during any interactions we've had. A good percentage of the park are "snow birds" so the park gets really quiet for about half the year. The return of the birds means more social events at the clubhouse which is always a great time. Our neighbors and people we've met in the park have all been great too. We aren't members of the HOA and there's no pressure to join it either. We made a good choice moving here and have no regrets.
