If you happen to call in advance and speak to a really grumpy man.... that should be expected! When he tells you to come by anytime Monday - Friday from 10 to 4...be wary. He is leaving out the part where he wants you to have an appointment AND he does not show apartments when it is raining, because "it's too much of liability for him to have someone in the apartment on wet floors"!!!.... Hello!! Welcome to Florida where it rains everyday between 10-4!!!! He was so rude, I didn't even catch his name. I stopped him from talking so rudely, immediately and told him I didn't think I wanted to rent from such a rude and crabby person. I can only assume if there was ever a problem he needed to handle as a landlord that would be the response you'd get. You've been warned! Little did he know I had cash in hand for the application and money down to secure the apartment that day. Was just following up on the phone call I made the day prior, arrived when I said I would (with no request for an appointment from him). He scared away an excellent, long term tenant. I'm a hard worker with a full time job and an excellent tenant history! I want everyone to know you shouldn't let someone treat you like this, ever! He is the epitome of what is wrong with people today. Crude, rude and arrogantly obnoxious for no good reason.

I rented a condo for a year from Fatima. When I told them they took $2000 deposit they they corrected the amount. I would never rent from them again and I hope you won't either. I have never been charged $500 to clean a tiny one bedroom unit that you can hire a team to clean for $50. The setup of the condo is their job and not mine. I lived there a year and set it up how I wanted it. I do not need to remember where every little item is and pay for them to put a couple of items in a different location. I did not move any furniture or anything big.

It is surrounded by local shops, grocery stores, and has easy access to major roads to get where you need to go. The best part about the complex is the landlord Mary. She is always a call or text away and is super responsive. She will never make you feel bad for reporting an issue and even encourages it as catching things sooner is always better. Whenever I have needed something fixed, it has been scheduled in advance within the following week. I would take this older apartment with her as a landlord than any newly renovated apartment with typical unresponsive property management anyday.
