They were late....their work order did NOT match the scope of work discussed, and of course the original guy could not be reached on the day-of. They finally agreed to DO IT the way the estimator and I designed and then, since I was already late for work, I had to leave. They said it was at most a 2-hour job. When I hadn't heard from them in 4 hours, I went back to the house and they had abandoned ship. AND left all their trash all over my lawn. Should have checked Yelp first.
