After apologizing they rescheduled, again no show no call. I was trapped having already paid the deposit. Numerous rescheduling (more than 5 times), very poor communication, they just didn't show up or cancel. Finally, the work was done well but with mistakes that added additional time. They went over the quoted cost, even after lowering the scope of work. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. While shopping around for…read morefloor replacement, Robert had one of the most competitive prices, to go along with him telling me there is 1 year warranty on the floor itself and lifetime on the work. I've been reaching out to him for the past 7-8 months because I have some floor panels that are sinking, and he reads the messages and fails to respond. It is unacceptable for a company to lie about their workmanship warranty and not respond to customer inquiries for such a long period of time. Furthermore, the lack of response from the company for 7 months is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. It shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a disregard for their reputation. Lastly, I found out that Robert send a quote to my mother who was looking for some floor work, and I reached out to tell to let him know I will not be recommending him to my mom or anyone for that matter. And guess what, he finally replied to me. He proceeded to tell me no company would ever offer that, those he did to me during his sales pitch. It's okay, Even if he didn't remember telling me that or if it was a honest mistake, he could have still responded. I'll get someone else to fix his mess.
