Pro Quality (LARRY IS A CHEAT). He took up work and signed…read morea contract for installating Kitchen backsplash and TV mount from me in Wesley Chapel, FL. The job was scheduled for Friday. Then suddenly, One day before the job, he asked 50% of the amount as advance payment. I paid him about 20% in advance without having met/spoke with him and agreed that remaining 80% would be made after the job is complete. All this while he insisted that he has 10 years of experience and is very good with this work. Then come Friday, he didnot show up.. On multiple followups he mentioned that he might not be able to come on Friday. I asked if he can come on Saturday. He said he will come first thing in the morning around 9-10 am. He finally came at about 2 pm and started working on kitchen backsplash. He then said i need to wind up early around 4.30 PM and went back with only few of the tiles installed yet. Here as well, he installed several tiles in the wrong direction. Then he said he will come early Monday morning. However on Monday, he didnot come and when i followed up with him on his eta around 11 am he said his car has broke down and he will come in afternoon. But he never showed up. He then said he will come Tuesday morning, which he finally came around noon. He then stick one line of tiles (worked very slowly) and around 5 PM said i need to go to Home depot as my glue is out. He then went out. And then he texts me from oustide saying I need remaining payment to buy materials. (The material cost here was already covered and way less than the initial 20% deposit). I replied that I will make the payment once you can come and finish it. But he never came back and behaved very rudely over chat demanding money in advance for work which he was not willing to complete. Many of the tiles he put have cracks, And he put the tiles in wayward wrong alignment all while saying that he has 10 years job experience. He ran away from incomplete job and texts me after going out of home and took 80% of the money completing only 25% of the job. This guy "Larry" is an aboslute cheat and doesnot know his work properly. I have never experienced such a horrendous customer service. Beware doing business with this guy LARRY!! (attached are snapshots of pending work which he left in middle and never come back, contrarily, demanding full payment)

After dealing with a nightmare situation caused by a scammer who left my roof unfinished, I…read morehonestly didn't know where to turn. This roofing company truly came to my rescue. From the very first conversation, they showed genuine care, professionalism, and integrity. They took initiative at every step, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to help me--even in ways they absolutely didn't have to. They treated my situation like it mattered, not just another job on the schedule. Their honesty, compassion, and work ethic restored my faith in contractors. The quality of their work is outstanding, but what impressed me most was how much they truly cared about helping me recover from a bad situation. If you are looking for a roofing company you can trust--especially if you've been burned before--look no further. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend them without hesitation. P.S. BEWARE: Always make sure you are calling the official phone numbers listed for the company. A scammer named Nelson H. Has been posing as this business--it happened to me.

From the moment I submitted my project request to have an outlet…read moresituation evaluated, to the day I finally made an appointment with them, this adorably named business crew was beyond professional. Despite my location being a bit outside of their service area (north of Tampa), they accommodated me and even gave me an appointment after hours (6pm and later). This flexibility was immensely appreciated. Jairo was the main person who responded to my inquiry, while many other companies just had secretaries or robots respond to my inquiry. Being a Yelp user for many years, I know how to sift through companies that care more about volume than their customers. Jairo was honest, fair, and incredibly kind. Some companies would've given me a run for my money, playing on my lack of knowledge about outlets and what not. Jairo did nothing of the sort. He let me know that there was one main GFI that was controlling the rest, and helped me make an informed decision before deciding to replace it. He did the replacement in a matter of 10 minutes, and he even helped me remove a lightbulb that was far outside of my reach so that I could take it to Lowe's for a swap. I recommend this company 100% and will use them if I have any electrical needs in the future

As an elite Yelp member, I regularly evaluate a wide range of local services, including…read morerestaurants, coffee shops, and some home service providers. Over time, I've found the latter to be increasingly challenging due to three primary factors: First, service pricing in this area has risen significantly, making it difficult for budget-conscious homeowners to find affordable, high-quality solutions. The era of reasonably priced services from small businesses appears to be fading. Second, reliability and customer service standards have noticeably declined. Poor communication, difficulty scheduling, and a general lack of professionalism have become all too common. Third, these ongoing challenges have led me to adopt a more DIY approach to many home maintenance tasks, simply to avoid the frustration and expense. That said, every so often, an experience stands out in a positive way and reminds me of what excellent service used to be. I'd like to commend Jairo from Volts and Bolts Electrical for delivering one of those rare, exceptional experiences. Jairo went above and beyond to accommodate my tight schedule and budget. He was prompt, courteous, highly communicative, and worked collaboratively with me to resolve my issue--without resorting to inflated emergency pricing. In short, Jairo exemplifies the kind of professionalism and integrity that is sorely lacking in many service interactions today. As a homeowner and small business supporter, I truly value working with someone like him and would gladly recommend his services to others.
