The design was so thoughtful: they created a niche at the back to store the Xbox and cables; and carefully chose the trim so that it would blend with the existing crown molding. Highly recommend! The dollies that they had is the doll you use for like moving a couch they didn't have professional equipment... I'm used to professional Movers..Professional Movers do not slide furniture and that's what they did and scratch my table and my dresser and the floor of the apartment that I'm leaving... My fault because I didn't have the blankets on it but I'm used to professional movers and this has never happened to me that..Also the way the guy packed the truck was crazy. I had to point out that stuff could go to other places that I moved from Maryland to Virginia with the same furniture and everything fit plus room then but with them, it was different. They arrived to the unload location smoking weed..they don't care about your stuff that only one of them apologize for the damage that they did to the low address do I am attaching a picture that this is a brand new place and the wall is already messed up that I know the corner was tight for the dresser, but they still didn't care about my wall. only one person apologized. I had decided on Okna windows and was sent to American Energy Masters by the window manufacturer…read more Bob came out and spoke to me about the windows and did some rough measurements and price estimation. I had spoken to a number of window installers over the course of 8 months and what set Bob apart from the rest was that he gave me the price and didn't add any high pressure sales tactics such as telling me the price was only for that day, that week, that month. He also had a very calm and personable demeanor that I really appreciated. After considering all of the other proposals that I had gotten we ended up going with AEM to install the Okna windows that I wanted. The installers showed up on time and were professional and friendly but also worked hard and quickly. They installed all 11 windows in my order in the same day with a follow up visit to finish up some outside trim work the next day. Because the trim work was outside I didn't need to be home. There were a couple of minor issue that required a 2nd visit but they were taken care of on a subsequent visit and about a month or so later I am happy with my windows and the installation of the windows.

Bob quickly figured out what we wanted, didn't waste our time. And Bob is an incredibly nice guy! The windows that Bob showed us were by far the best we had seen. He had done the research and legwork to figure out the best value for us. His windows had the nicest hardware, smoothest action, and yet weren't priced like they were made of solid gold. The installation work was done ahead of promised schedule, and the installers were polite, friendly, professional, and did beautiful work. They also obviously took great pride in their own work, which we appreciated. We had all of our windows replaced with a new bay window installed. The bay window is absolutely beautiful, and included detailed copper sheeting. Also had a door installed and that was done extremely well. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Bob Timbers and his company. Highly recommended.

I called and no one answered so I was going to keep moving given the urgency, but then Wayne turned around and called me right back seeing the missed call. This was a Friday afternoon and he scheduled Jerry to come out the next morning between 11-12. I was pretty happy to get such quick service even on a weekend. He was very nice to talk to on the phone and gave me his best contact information for the next day if I needed anything. Jerry arrived within the designated window and was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he clean everything thoroughly but he also looked into everything to report back to me on the condition of it. He also changed out the filter at my tenant's request. I will definitely go back to Right A Way Duct Cleaning next time I need service!
