Unfortunately, too often my clothes are returned with little or no starch at all. This has become a recurring problem. The owner has even entered "heavy starch" into my customer profile, yet it is still hit or miss whether my clothes are prepared the way I requested. I spend an average of $60 per visit, which is too much money to have such a simple request ignored. Heavy starch is not a special or complicated request. It should be done consistently every time. This is a good business, and when they are on, they are on. I just wish they would provide the same level of consistency every visit.

Most places send items off-site, but here, turnaround is typically about 4 or 5 days based on all my experiences. I've trusted them with a range of delicate garments, including Filipino barongs and Filipiniana pieces made from pineapple fiber, banana silk, and abaca -- and they've handled every item with care. No damage, no issues, just clean, crisp results. Our business attire always comes back fresh, well-pressed, and looking sharp. I live about 20 miles away, and yes -- I still make the drive. The cleaners closer to me just don't match the quality and consistency I get here. Call me crazy, but I'll own it -- it's worth it. The staff is always welcoming, and I especially appreciate their drive-up service, which is a thoughtful touch for those who may need it. That's what I call real customer care. Reliable, consistent, and trusted -- I'm not going anywhere else.

Not only did they do that but they made it feel super elegant and beautiful. I could not ask for anything better! The quality of these pillowcases are amazing. My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. I would definitely use them again if I need something else dry cleaned in the future.

On Wednesday, we realized that the bag was not picked up, so we called them Thursday evening after work. They said that they had forgotten, but could not come to pick it up until next Tuesday. We gave them another opportunity even though they made no efforts to make up for their own error. The next Tuesday came and no pickup. He had apparently written down the address wrong. He claimed that he called, but no message was left (he even confirmed that no message was left when speaking to him). Again, no effort was made to rectify the situation. He just stated that he was only be in our area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At this point, we chose to go with another service. I find that the unwillingness to rectify two separate errors by the company to ensure it was "made right" - especially for a first time customer - was unacceptable, It would have gone a long way and changed our opinion. We ultimately had to pay more for expedited service at another local dry cleaners. Disappointed in Dry Cleaning To You.

The pick up was easy, the drop off even easier. Their text system is awesome and communication was clear. I have no negatives, but some might say the time/cost aren't worth it- and I wildly disagree. Time: Our pick up was in January, and we just got it dropped of today, May 9. Sure, that's a long time, but I'm also preserving my gown hopefully to store for years to come so it's not like there's a rush. Also, they do have an option if your in a time crunch to pay for expedited services, but I didn't see a need for that. Cost: I think for all items (wedding dress, lace veil, suit jacket, vest, shirt, pants, rehearsal dinner dress) was about $700. Including transportation, pick up, drop off, and preservation. Sure that's a chunk of change, but honestly the time this service saved me and the quality of work I think it was worth every penny. Everything came back pristine and the preserved dress/veil came in super nice packaging for longterm storage. I definitely will recommend this service to literally everyone.

Extremely Rude Owner - Unprofessional and Disrespectful…read more I was appalled by the owner's behavior and complete lack of customer service. When I walked in, she was assisting another customer, and I immediately noticed how rude and disrespectful she was toward them. My first instinct was to turn around and leave, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. When it was my turn, I received the same rude and dismissive treatment. She was impatient, abrupt, and clearly uninterested in listening to what I needed. I was simply trying to explain and show her the alterations I wanted for my formal dress, but she repeatedly failed to give me her attention. What I found particularly unacceptable was that while I was trying to speak with her, she was sorting through another customer's clothing brought in for dry cleaning and placing those items directly on top of my formal dress. I found this careless, unsanitary, and completely disrespectful of my belongings. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and proper care when handling my clothing. None of those expectations were met. The owner's attitude toward both the customer before me and myself was unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected simply for requesting a service. I rarely feel compelled to leave a negative review, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should be aware. I would not recommend this establishment and will not be returning. I recommend Dream It Clean. Jodelle was able to make the alterations exactly as needed and excellent service with a quick turnaround!!
